Guest Reviews
- REYNALD EJOC (6/5): - Its decent except the guy from capsule 29 who keeps on yelling to anyone whenever somebody make a noise as if he owns the place.
Management should inform all guest that capsule can get noisely specially if you have no tolerance.
- John (8/5): - My wife and I stayed here because we wanted an inexpensive way to stay in Montreal, and we didn’t need anything more than a bed. It’s basically a hostel, but with doors in front of the bunk beds…and the bunk beds have a TV, which we didn’t care about.
We probably won’t go again. The people behind the desk were good people, but literally were wore sorry clothes and didn’t look like they had had showered in a while.
The bed was surprisingly comfortable, though a bit claustrophobic. The heater / cooling wasn’t very exact, so we got a little hot during the the night.
The bathroom experience was ok…quite a few people when we were there spreading their stuff all over the floor.
In the photos they have people sitting in the “rooms” chatting with other people who are staying. That would never happen, because the hall is almost totally dark. No one is hanging out.
This probably comes across as a negative review, but it was what it was. I felt safe there, and there was lots of different types of people staying there. It wasn’t our thing. In the future, I would stay at an actual hostel, because then I feel like it would be more of a meeting/community experience. This was a bit weird, and we don’t plan on staying at a place like this again.
- Haejin (6/5): - capsule smelled good and was clean. the area was a little sketchy and the police were called for something but the staff was very nice and helpful. also a convenience store across the street
- Jimmy (8/5): - Very nice arrangement - compact, clean, with all requisite facilities. My only complaint is a broken flush in the toilet that leaked continually - causing much wastage of water - and resulted in a forever messy commode.
- Roxana (10/5): - Super nice staff!! maybe less showers snd more washrooms would be amazing!
- Keegan (6/5): - This was the definition of "ok". The staff were super friendly and helpful, no issues there at all. The "rooms" and shared areas could use a little more attention. I understand this is an area with high turnover but the state the shared showers and washrooms was in was pretty sad
- Kayezel (8/5): - Capsule is clean, very comfort. Perfect for solo traveler or with friends! It’s just the flush of the toilet gave me hard time. Doesn’t work well. And washroom is in the lounge which is a little uncomfortable for me when I eat it in the lounge cause there’s a fly. But overall it’s worth the price. Lots of shower cubicle. I will definitely come back.
- Sarah (8/5): - Pod itself was very clean! Bathrooms were clean (a little musty though), and they provided sandals to use in the bathroom area. Common space to eat is a bit small, but otherwise alright. Also, staff was very helpful!
One thing to note -- the power in the pod was accompanied by lit up buttons. If you wanted the air/fan on, you needed the power and thus the lights on, an eye-mask might be necessary if that bothers you. Also, bring earplugs, it is a pod after all!
Mostly I liked how close it was to fun things to see in Montreal.
- Heather (10/5): - It was a cool place honestly. The shower area smelled very musty so i think they need to do somethint about that but otherwise was pretty clean. The area the hotel is in is kinda ghetto. Lots of trash on the street and homeless people fighting. Felt very secure and safe inside the hotel. Your capsule locks so nobody can bother you while you're sleeping? Also, you get lockers for your luggage. So nobody can touch it as well.It is a mixed dorm, but everybody minded their business and was nice in the hallways
- Mohina (8/5): - The capsule bed itself was nice and clean. The washroom and shower area could be better. Some washrooms didn’t even work and there was gross and grimy. The staff was very friendly and helpful so that made things better. It’s okay to stay for one night but I don’t think I could do more than that.
- Jacob (6/5): - A great unique experience. But for a middle aged man, once is enough. Rooms are super quiet and beds are comfy. Fans built into the rooms provide some fresh air. Lots of shower and restrooms. Everything is kept very clean.
Common area is very small with limited seating but has great snacks and coffees available for purchase.
Lockers are provided but Unfortunately during a bathroom break my tablet and messenger bag were stolen from the common area
- Nikla (10/5): - I thought it brought me to a very special place
- Soyoon (10/5): - I stayed here for 5days, It was a good stay, bed is clean, staffs are friendly, it was pretty good shower room & washrooms. However, I feel unsafe outside of hotel. Most store were closed, some homeless people were there.
- Faouziatou (8/5): - There s no place to dress
- BERNARD (10/5): - Pleasantly surprised! Great for one night, place is very clean, quiet and guests very respectful of privacy. Very cool concept with the capsules, which are well equipped, clean, comfortable and private. Would stay there again for sure.
- vuk (10/5): - Good, convenient area and good price. Sometimes guests can be a bit noisy but other than that no complaints.
- Nora Karina (6/5): - Maybe include information to use for the parking sowns street .
- Oliver (2/5): - My phone was stolen out of my capsule
- Tsz Hin (6/5): - Capsule is small
Bathroom is horrible , watery and slippery
Not hygiene at all
Smell bad
- Ramy (10/5): - Cheap and clean option, I only had 1 night
- Ariel (10/5): - The capsule is spacious compared to others and enough lighting ..there is tv and plug. Bath room not bad
- Eliza (10/5): - As far as capsule hotels, this one is definitely up there in great experiences! The staff were super welcoming and helpful, the public areas have really cool style, and the capsules themselves were super comfy and cute! A small and large storage locker was included which was a freaking god send. Overall would highly recommend to anyone looking for an affordable and interesting place to stay!
- Bianca (8/5): - Everything was great except not many living room space, 20$ for a towel is ridiculous wheb you're paying 70$ for a box with a bed. The actual capsule is cozy, clean and lovely overall however even when you close the AC there's wind that passes through and its right next to your ears so i woke up stuffy and ear ache
- Claudia (8/5): - Great for the price, the double bed pod was spacious and was comfortable. There luggage storage lockers fit our large suitcase with no issues. The staff were very nice and accomodating!
- Chao (10/5): - Very easy check in and check out.

- Mohammad (4/5): - Capsules were so cold during the night. No place for change rooms, the showers and washrooms were almost clean, but on floor -1, with so much humidity and a bit of smell.
- Lauren (8/5): - Love the idea of this hostel but need some refinements. There is a tiny fan hidden in the sideboard for ventilation but far too insufficient and when it is on there are bright lights on the buttons making it difficult to sleep. I was not told I needed to pay a deposit to get a towel so that was inconvenient when I discovered there were no towels in washroom. There is insufficient drainage and ventilation in showers so already mold developing. More led light strips are required along the floor where there are unseen steps. Again, great concept just needs work.
- Benjamin (8/5): - It was a comfortable experience.
- Marc-Andre (10/5): - Gerry for a capsule hotel.
Only issue, is the drunk guy that puke on my shoes
- Nancy (10/5): - Great experience! the pod beds were super clean, comfortable and quiet. The shared lockers and washrooms were great but could use around the hour cleanliness service due to high use and number of people at hotel. Close to transport and main attractions, lots of eating and food options.
Suggest:expansion and adding sitting/dinning area on ground floor with natural light and street views. Also recommend creating a women’s only pod hotel. Also recommend a full clothing and no foul language policy in hotel.Definitely will recommend!
- R (10/5): - Everything
- R (10/5): - .
- MAKSYM (10/5): - Good option
- Bruce W (10/5): - Great value and staff helpful and overall great experience
- Maryna (10/5): - I liked the hotel, it is clean and new, cozy capsules. Not far from the hotel there is a grocery store, Shoppers and Starbucks which is very convenient. The hotel is not far from the Old Town.
- R (10/5): - .
- Manmeet (4/5): - The pods were okay but the rest of the places like washrooms, locker were a little difficult to manage.
- Cassandra (6/5): - Ok pour dépanner mais sans plus
- Alina (10/5): - It's pretty nice and clean, the staff was helpful.
Tha capsules are comfy and secure.
I would definetly recommend it if you need to stay in Montréal 1-2 days and plan only sleep there
- Mohamad (4/5): - The washrooms and bathrooms were dirty. The reception staff were nice and accommodating but the staff inside (who clean the common space) was rude. The ventilation in the capsule was not functioning properly which is really bad since the space is too small. The location is good. Overall I do not recommend.
- Jason (2/5): - Clearly most of the guests were not aware of the quiet hours. I heard noise all around me through the night. I couldn’t get good sleep throughout my 3-nights stay. I don’t understand the use of those regulations without proper enforcement.
Each capsule got unexpectedly poor noise insulation. I could hear every step of the guest at night.
There were elderly in the hotel where they could barely get into the capsule on neither the upper nor lower one. Facility was poorly managed.
Terrible experience ever.
- R (10/5): - Excellent
- Johnny (10/5): - It Was modern & adequate
- Vami (10/5): - All good here but if you could provide spaces or driers for towels brought in be guests. That would be nice
- Cécile (8/5): - Très propre, confortable et tranquille. Les gens sont super respectueux de l'espace public. Par contre les capsules manquent d'insonorisation.
- Margarita (8/5): - La propreté des cabines
- * (10/5): - Great price, decent location
- michelle Lorant Ep (10/5): - Hôtel pratique près de tout à pied, pas besoin de transport personnel, agréable, propre, hôtel récent
- Saeed (8/5): - Everything was good
- Vanessa (10/5): - Clean
- Linh (8/5): - Perfect location. Pretty good value but could be better (e.i: complimentary tea/coffee/water). I would be back as a solo traveler
- Tish (4/5): - This is more of a hostel than a hotel. There is absolutely zero privacy. The doors to your room and the level above are wooden, so you can hear or smell everything. It is not a suitable stay if you need a peaceful sleep.
- Mesfin (10/5): - Very good
- Rashel (8/5): - Overall had a good stay at capsule hotel! The pods were clean, pretty comfortable and was a great price. The only complaints are that it could get very hot and stuffy inside of the pods, and the bathrooms could have been cleaner - otherwise was an enjoyable stay!
- Mesfin (6/5): - The bed was in the box. I was surprised first. You can not stand in the box except sitting. You can not bring anything in the box. Whoever wants to sleepover there , once you are in the box, you will be comfortable. There is smart tv, air conditioner, lights, phone charger. And the bed is comfortable too. The price is also good.
- Stephanie C (10/5): - It was a great and comfortable hotel, with easy access to many of Montreal's highlights. The block it is in is slightly run down. Loved the design features in the hotel. Because the bathrooms are shared, they can get dirty quickly.
- Fiona (6/5): - Charges
- Jie (8/5): - Its oka y.
- Erik (10/5): - Great place, great value.
- rohit (6/5): - It’s good if you are backpacking, I would not recommend
