- Katya (2/5): - the room is literally the size of a postage stamp. nowhere to unpack at all, no desk, not even room for a luggage rack. Basically the bathroom takes up 25% of the room -with terrible showerhead and water pressure, the bed 50% and 25% floor space. And you pay extra for a window? I had limited choice of hotels because last minute. And I forgot something in the room, went back the next day and there's no record of it. So safe to say it was stolen. And it was something I never took out of the room, so no, I didn't leave it elsewhere.

- Jessica Rae (8/5): A Surprisingly Quiet Hotel in a Busy Area - This hotel is conveniently located with easy access to sites, the underground, restaurants, etc. I had a room with a window facing the building next to the hotel and it was very quiet. It is true that the rooms are small, with little to no space to store suitcases. I'd recommend this hotel for a solo traveler who will be out and about most of the day. My room also had a smell of possibly mold. It is difficult to vent the bathroom since it is part of the room. However, it didn't bother me enough to move. The staff was very helpful and probably would have switched my room if I had asked.

- Martin (8/5): Flawed but amazing location - The room was incredibly small, the smallest i have ever stayed in. There are five floors but the lift was out of order. The place is spotless, the staff are friendly and the location is amazing. Finding it is difficult too. Its not on the main street but in a side street begind gates.

- Kevin (10/5): Would happily stay again - Short stay in London, but this was a very comfortable stay & the hotel staff were brilliant as we arrived way early & asked if they had somewhere we could store our bags as it was only 11am but they instead advised us our room was ready & allowed us to check in then which was excellent. The room itself was very clean & the beds were comfy & the TV’s excellent options.

- Nicola (4/5): Too noisy - Just too expensive for the quality £244 for a shoe box room with loud guests and you can hear / feel metal shaking I assume as the underground goes through. Staff were nice but it’s just not value for money.

Also a few more power outlets would’ve been helpful. By all means, though it was a convenient and perfectly suitable place to spend a night or two and the location can’t be beat.

- Bruce (4/5): - The hotel is priced well and located in a beautiful Victorian building adjacent to the lovey courtyard of St. Paul’s church in the absolute heart of Covent Garden. Unfortunately, the interior is bleak and sterile and the walls are paper thin. I could hear every word in the hall, and when people opened their doors, it sounded like they were opening mine. Worst of all, the rooms are TINY. That and the fact that the bathroom is made up of just frosted glass walls, and that there is no closet but rather hooks on the wall, I don’t think I could have born staying there with another person, even though the bed (which was rock-hard) purported to be a queen. Rooms are only cleaned every other day which would have made it even worse.

- K (10/5): - The Z hotels have 3 hotels in the downtown London area that are in a perfect location for walking, dining, and shopping. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and quiet. Highly recommend for budget friendly travelers.
- DEBBIE (10/5): - Z Hotel FAR surpassed my expectations for the price I paid! The location was fabulous and felt very safe. The room was clean and comfortable - with the plumpest pillows. I wasn't expecting any "extras" but had toiletries, hairdryer and (good quality!) coffee and tea. The air conditioning worked - and was quiet - and the TV had an extensive range of channels available. I opted for breakfast, which was great value. Everything was fresh and tasty and there was good variety for the cost. Staff were friendly, helpful and efficient . Whenever I come to London again, I will use this hotel.
