Dzielnica bezpieczna, czysta i cicha. Wyposażenie apartamentu zgodne z opisem, wszystko sprawne a łóżka bardzo wygodne. Obiekt nie posiada wprawdzie przechowywani bagażu ale można otrzymać od obsługi zniżkę w aplikacji stasher. Miejsca w których można przechować bagaż po wymeldowaniu znajdują się blisko apartamentu. Proces pobierania przez obiekt dodatkowych opłat turystycznych powinien zostać dopracowany. Linki do rejestracji i płatności są przesyłane przez WhatsApp i Booking. W naszym przypadku opłaty zostały pobrane dwukrotnie. Po kontakcie z obsługą i wyjaśnieniu opłat wszystkie środki zostały zwrócone.

Входной замок расхлябанный и не понятно как им пользоваться. И, к сожалею, в квартире было холодно из-за открытой балконной двери, когда мы заселялись ночью с маленьким ребенком.

La porte coulissante pour accéder au balcon est très dure à ouvrir. L’horaire d’arrivé n’a pas été respecté, nous devions récupérer le logement à 15h mais le ménage n’était pas fait nous avons dû attendre 1h de plus… compliqué aussi à accéder à l’appartement car les codes n’étaient pas les bons heureusement que la communication était efficace avec le service de location.

No i przede wszystkim wielkie zastrzeżenia do czystości apartamentu. Włosy na pościeli, brudny piekarnik itp. Duża przestrzeń, ale słabo wykorzystana.

Sajnos a bejutás nagyon bonyolult volt 2 óráig nem tudtunk bejutni-amikor telefonàlni akartunk gép beszélt senkit nem tudtunk megkèrdezni.A lényeg amit nem jól adtak meg a #-et kell elöször benyomni majd utána a kódot!a garázsnyitó a lakásba van utána lehet lemenni vele a garázsba.Az terasz ablakok nagyon nagyon nehezen záródnak.

• Viviana (10/5): - Appartamento funzionale e molto pulito, dotato di ogni confort ( lavastoviglie, lavatrice, asciugatrice, macchinetta caffè, bollitore etc..), posizione a 6 minuti a piedi dalla linea L3 ottimo collegamento per l'aeroporto ed il centro. Ho apprezzato l'acqua, il caffe, condimenti e altre cose di prima necessità già presenti come benvenuto. Supermercati ( es mercadona), panetterie e macelkerie a pochi passi I letti hanno materassi ( credo a molle) un pò rumorosi.

• Pablo (7/5): - Buena ubicación, cerca del metro (4 minutos andando) y un parking a pocos metros en el que pudimos dejar el coche. Piso bien, mucha luz y todas las habitaciones con ventana. La cocina muy grande y con cafetera Nespresso. Limpieza bastante bien. Un detalle dejar unas aguas y cápsulas de café. En la entrada de la habitación principal está el suelo hecho trizas, como pases descalzo te cortas el pie, y lleno de tornillos para aguantar las tablas de madera que aún hacen que eso sea más peligroso, además hace un ruido que es muy molesto. La litera de una de las habitaciones es horrible el ruido que hace. Las ventanas para salir a la terraza van muy duras, todas. Mesa de la terraza completamente rota, lo lógico es que si el personal de limpieza lo ve, la deje en un lado plegadita, pero no que te lo encuentres cuando vas a dejar un café y ves que se desmonta toda y que tiene todas las patas rotas. El proceso del check/in algo engorroso por el móvil, como no tengas buen manejo del aparato será complicado.

Zakupy- na wyciągnięcie ręki. Niestety kanapa w salonie była do spania bardzo nie wygodna. To jedyny mankament całego pobytu.

My prepaid parking failed because of garage key did not open the garage. My pre-ordered baby cot was not brought to the apartment at all. The personnel did not even try to arrive and help fixing the issues, and the WhatsApp answers were almost all ChatGPT generated, and my phonecall did not end up with anything. I don't recommend this place.

The flooring in the main bedroom had several cracks and was very noisy when walked on, which was disruptive. Additionally, the host initially agreed to store our bags after checkout but refused at the last minute, which caused inconvenience. Overall, the stay was affected by unresolved maintenance issues and unmet commitments.

Seul Booking on trouvé un arrangement et soutenu. La pire location niveau échange l accès au logement nous a jamais été accordé après 7h de route et un enfant . Zéro compréhensions, zéro communication. Horrible.

• Dorottya (10/5): Very good price-value ratio in Barcelona - Easy to come and go with the digital locks, no need for physical keys. Area is well connected, not noisy and safe. The kitchen is very well-equipped, rooms were more than enough for 4 people. It’s not about the property, just take care if you are planning to travel from the airport by train (which is much faster) the area in front of Sants station is under construction so calculate an extra 5-10 minutes of walking from the station on top of what navigation is suggesting you.

Para nosotros, un detalle importe es que en las fotos el piso tiene radiadores (que siguen estando en el piso) pero no funcionan. Sólo dispone de calefacción/aire acondicionado por aire.

Ho apprezzato la presenza della macchinetta del caffè e il fatto che ci abbiano fatto trovare acqua fresca al nostro arrivo. Le foto proposte dalla struttura non rispecchiavano propriamente la casa e la tavoletta del water era sporca. In più, a mio parere sarebbe opportuno mettere una coperta in più per tutti i letti, almeno per i mesi più freddi.

• Fjolla (1/5): Hemsk - Inget Lägenheten var extremt smutsig, de var fett fläckar av hand avtryck på väggarna. Bäddsoffan hade jätte mycket fläckar på sig. Lakanen på sängarna var bruna underifrån när man lyfte på det. Hela lägenheten var jätte smutsig, golvet var helt klibbigt. Och bilderna de lagt ut stämmer inte alls överens med hur boendet såg ut. Det saknades massa möbler som soffbord,gardiner, mattor och inredning. Lägenheten hade silverfiskar i sig och de var även mögel i toan. Även fimp hål på många möbler och gula dörrar av rökning inomhus. Ringde och pratade med värdarna och ville inte bo kvar där och krävde att få våra pengar tillbaka så vi kunde byta boende men de vägrade de var inte alls tillmötesgående och skickade städteam till lägenheten men lägenheten va så pass smutsig att de inte gick för städarna att göra den ren på en halvtimme, talade om det för värdarna att de hade behövt åtminstone 2 dagar för att göra den lägenheten ren. De ville inte acceptera så vi var tvungna att stanna kvar i lägenheten och sova ut de nätterna vi hade och det var hemskt. Kunde inte ta bild på allt då de var alldeles för mycket att ta bild på och tillslut gav vi bara upp. Vi fick en kompensation på 1000kr efter booking pratade med dom men de är ingenting för de vi var tvungna att gå igenom. Boka inte denna lägenheten för erat eget bästa då ni inte kommer få någon hjälp sen heller.
