- Neale (2/5): - The host of this property ignored all messages in the week building up to the stay, requesting check in information! On the day of check in, i called the contact number, it rang and i left a VM, after that they turned the phone off all day!! I was left stranded in London without accomodation. Thankfully Expedia found me alternate accomodation, but it ruined my travel plans due to the stess caused!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
