- Jerome (4/5): - Room smelled so bad we changed rooms. Coffee maker did not work. Switched rooms and that one we had to use in the bathroom as the other outlets didn’t work in room #2.

Our “beachfront” view was that, however we had to look over a long 2nd story roof as well as, hear all of the mechanicals on top of that roof. Also unfortunately, bulldozers were going everyday in the beachfront view-along with the noise. I was told they were constructing a 3rd pool. All of this put a damper on our stay. At lease the staff was as helpful as they could be within their constraints. The junior suite was ok, but bed not so comfortable.
- stephanie (10/5): Great place to stay! - The new uogrades and renovations theyve done since our last time here are great! This is our 4th time staying here. The staff are so helpful, the pool, restaurant and rooms are very clean, and the food and drinks are delicious.
- Carl (10/5): - My husband and I took a couple of days for a getaway. We spent two nights at this hotel. We got the king bag overlooking the ocean. It was stunning. The room was clean. The view was beautiful. The sunset was incredible. Breakfast is available in the morning, including lunch and dinner if you choose downstairs outside. The staff is super friendly. The beach is gorgeous with the white sand. Water is quite not many waves. If you wish to eat outside the resort there are plenty of dining options. You can drive to a few you can walk to I love Saint Pete Beach. And this resort we will definitely be back soon.!! Highly recommend!!!

Wanted to rent the free bikes but could not as they said they needed service so that was a bummer.

It seems they are not fully staffed & did a terrible job of remediating after hurricane as all amenities not available & it is not noted on website or communicated at check-in. Staff training urgently needed

- Adanelys (6/5): - The price of the room is too expensive considering the size and does not include any other service. It is not a total disappointment, but I find it very expensive. The pool was always hot and it was not a pleasure to swim in. The beach was spectacular, absolutely wonderful.
- EMILY (4/5): - I booked this stay using Expedia. It said pay at the property would be $400 and they charge me $740. They charge a $25 per day for parking in their lot. A resort fee that doesn’t even have breakfast or hot coffee. Nothing is included in this place. We left our do not disturb sign off and they never came to clean or refresh the towels. I’ve stayed here before and it was so much better. I’ll never go back to this hotel it’s overpriced and dirty. How can you charge so much in a resort fee and the only real amenity were towels. For that price breakfast and beach chair should have been provided. Such a huge disappointment.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Beach was nice but..... having to pay for chairs etc. Was different. Didn't purchase any. Would definitely help if chairs were apart of Sirata's beach experience without a crazy cost. Would book again but with a room with a better bathroom scenario. Had a good trip/stay with Sirata.

Construction noise this trip was a little frustrating when we were hanging out by the pool, but understandable. I think my only 3 suggestions would be: 1. Free coffee station in the lobby (I had to pay for coffee at the bar each morning because I don’t care for the in-room coffee makers) 2. Fresh drinking water dispensers for guests to fill up their sport water bottles. The only water facility was in the gym or we had to ask the bartenders to fill them up. 3. A small dustpan and broom in the room for sand clean up. Thank you for a great stay!!

- Sofia (6/5): - I recently stayed at Sirata Beach Resort and, unfortunately, my experience was mixed. While the staff was good and friendly, doing their best to assist with any concerns, the resort itself left a lot to be desired. First, the property is still under construction, which made for a noisy and somewhat chaotic environment. This wasn’t mentioned during booking, so it was a disappointing surprise. The room was also not up to par. The sheets were wet when we arrived. On top of that, the mattresses were not comfortable, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. There were no hooks in the bathroom to hang the towels. Another frustration was the parking situation. There is no free parking—you have to pay $25 plus tax per day, which adds up quickly if you're staying more than a night or two. Overall, the staff tried to make the experience pleasant, but the condition of the resort and additional costs made it hard to justify the stay. I hope management addresses these issues soon.

- Giovanna (10/5): Sirata has really upped its game. - First time back since the last hurricane we had. Lots of new areas since my last stay. We stayed in the new building which is now 8 floors. Got a 2 queen bed suite with balcony view of ocean. The room was very room we were 4 women. 2 queen beds and a separate area with couch and chair, large screen tv and microwave. Pocket door opened up to ocean and it became one big open space. Just gorgeous. Not cheap but worth it.

- Verified traveler (2/5): ***NOT WORTH THE MONEY - For the amount of money we spent on the stay it was not worth it. There were too many issues with the room. First off the fridge did not get cold enough so by the end of the stay we had to throw out all of the food we brought. The shower leaked so we had to use the towels that were provided to clean it up. We were put on the 7th floor underneath the ball room and there was a wedding that went on until about midnight. The bass was so loud it was shaking the room until about midnight. We got put next to 3 girls who partied until 2-3am in the morning the whole time. And when we tried to call the front desk to go and quiet them, our phone didn’t work. So around midnight we walked down stairs to tell them and they didn’t really pay it any attention. On day 2 we requested more towels because a good chunk of them were used to clean the leaky shower. Went down to the front desk to ask for them. Room service took the old towels but did not give new ones. So I had to go back down to the front desk and ask again. I ended up just grabbing towels off the room service cart because about 2-3 hours later a staff member finally knocked on the door with the towels I requested earlier that morning. Also there were 2 hidden fees… $25 a day for parking and $46 a day because we didn’t book through their main site. We spend about $900 through hotels.com and then had to pay another $200+ when we checked out. NOT WORTH IT…

Even after our trip O have tried contacting them several times to get a copy of my final bill, to no avail. I call get a vm and never hear back. Even when we went down to the front desk to ask for clean towels, they never showed at our room. The location was great, the pools and patios were great. The pool restaurant took over 2 hours each night to get us our food, and we were only a party of 5. Overall the service was horrible, the rooms were nice, the showers hot, but the staff just killed it for me.

- Sarah (8/5): Decent stay overall... - Overall, our stay was good. The property is still undergoing renovations from getting hit by hurricanes, so people need to take that into consideration. Lots of construction happening all over. There were a few people that we witnessed who were unhappy with their stay and were giving the employees a very hard time, but I felt it was unfair, given that the resort is still recovering. Perhaps the resort could adjust its nightly rates to reflect that? Just a suggestion. We had a two-queen junior suite that had a balcony ocean view on the 8th floor, room 1804. It was a nice room overall. Most of the room was newly renovated, while other areas of the room (bathroom and sink area) were not, which I found odd. If you're going to renovate the room, do the whole thing. The bathroom sink was dingy and old, which gave it a dirty feel and had paint splatter all over, which I'm assuming was from the reno, again if you're going to do it, do it right. But the room was clean aside from some grime along the door which was stark white and very noticeable. It could be easily wiped down by the daily cleaning crew. We ate at one of the outdoor bar/restaurants which was good, and used most of was was offered outside on the property. As a Hilton Honors member, I was able to use my digital key and checked out using the app. I would recommend staying here, maybe for a weekend, not for an entire week as the renovations could make for some aggravation.

- Chris (4/5): - Spent this past weekend with my wife at Sirata. We got married there 4 yrs ago thinking it would be romantic. First bad sign was at check in when receptionist did not even acknowledge me after he finished helping guest standing in front of me. I literally had to say excuse me for him to speak. Elevators mostly did not work, hallways and room floors were dirty, no parking most of day, and overall not worth the price anymore. We used to love staying here which is why we chose it for our wedding. Will most likely never stay here again.
