Check in was okay, noone at the reception desk, just an iPad, so a bit time consuming with Japanese keyboard. Overall great stay…. We planned on just one night, ended up staying 5 nights.

- Verified traveler (6/5): - Showed up to hotel and the front of the room (toilet room, kitchen & shower/laundry) were warm, no HVAC. There were gnat flies in the room. We were placed on the top floor, had to take the stairs.

- Anner (6/5): - The room was nice, but there was no hot water. Although it was labeled as hot and cold water. I never got hot water. The front desk/reception was always empty with a signed that said closed. There was no one manning the front desk. If i had any questions, there was no one to ask. I checked out July 2nd at 11am and i had no idea if there was anything to do to check out, so i just left. Extremely annoying if there is no employee or management to ask questions. Could use some better customer service/personnel.
