- GUILLERMO (10/5): - The communication was a bit confusing because, even though we had sent all our information in advance, we had to provide it again upon arrival. The apartment had an unpleasant smell — to the point that we had to buy air fresheners.Aside from that, we had an excellent time and the staff was very friendly.
- Yossetty (4/5): - Great Location, But the Apartment Needs Serious Attention H2 Condominium is in a prime spot, right across from Bocagrande Beach, with direct access to Plaza Bocagrande Mall and Olímpica supermarket. It’s just a $5–$10 Uber to the historic center, and the pool and jacuzzi are perfect for the Cartagena heat. That said, the apartment has serious issues: cockroaches everywhere, mold buildup in the bathroom from poor ventilation, and musty-smelling towels. The towels are old and need replacement asap, no proper pool towels are provided, and there’s only a washer with no dryer, so clothes take forever to dry. The second bedroom TV didn’t work and I reported it but didn’t want to waste my time waiting for a fix. The furniture is outdated with bare decor. The welcome was lacking: no note, no water, not even basics like salt or sugar. They provide 2 soap and 2 toilet paper (these had already been used from a previous stay not from a new package) There are much better-maintained and pest-free apartments in this same building. I don’t recommend this one.
- Rachel (6/5): - Things needed to be fixed! WiFi did not work utter entire time, tvs did not work. Spoke to the host on multiple occasions yet no one came to fix the problem. Towels look disgusting, staff was not friendly, don’t think u would stay here again.
