Nous avons très bien dormi même si on a été réveillés à 2h un matin par des clients indélicats. Le petit-déjeuner était un buffet très bien garni sucré et salé avec très belle vue sur l’Acropole car dans une terrasse couverte rooftop. Il y a des restaurants à côté (Annie) Nous sommes venus par Métro depuis l'aéroport (9 € et 1h aller). Nous sommes satisfaits car cet hôtel est assez proche du centre :15 mn du parlement en marchant correctement. Le personnel est très sympa et accueillant. Les escaliers sont un peu traîtres car tournants mais il y a un ascenseur pour 2 ou 3 personnes. Grand lit mais peu d'espace pour passer et faire le tour où aller sur la terrasse avec bain de soleil. Mais c'est vraiment pour chipoter et dire quelque chose 😀 NB: difficile de garer une voiture à proximité et la pente est raide donc pas idéal pour une personne à mobilité reduite même si un taxi peut passer devant l'hôtel.

Aamupala oli erinomainen ja aamupalatila oli miellyttävä näkymineen kattoterassilla. Huoneessa oli kaikki tarvittavat asiat (jääkaappi ja ilmastointi), jotka toimivat hyvin. Neljännen kerroksen Superior -huoneen parveke oli todella iso ja näkymät mahtavat. Wifi oli heikohko ja toimi pätkien.

Otele giden yol dik bir yokuş olsa da konum olarak her yere rahatlıkla ulaşılabilir bir mesafedeydi. Odamız küçüktü. Temizdi. Restoranın manzarası güzeldi. Kahvaltı salonu küçüktü, Konaklamalı büyük bir grup geldiği için bir sabah masa ve sandalye bulmakta zorlandık. Bu tür durumlar için alınmış bir önlem yoktu sanırım. Kahvaltı tatlı ağırlıklıydı. Bu da bizi yeme konusunda zorladı. Odalarda en azından su ihtiyacı ücretsiz olarak karşılanabilirdi. Bir çok otelde ücretsiz olan ikramlıkların-su dahil- hiç biri yoktu.

• Guest (9/5): It was the perfect place for our last night in Athens. It was just a 20 min walk to shops and restaurants. - There was a 24 hour reception desk open to answer questions. The room was clean and beds comfortable. Staff was very helpful and the rooftop bar/ breakfast was lovely with amazing views! Elevators are tiny but efficient.

• Louise (4/5): Wonderful location - Location and staff Me and my husband arrived to run the marathon, there was a group of us staying at the hotel and we travelled in from internationally. A lot of our group were single travellers and had a room to ourselves. They all had large rooms and myself and my husband were given the smallest room in the hotel. It didn’t make sense. It was so small there was no area the even open 1 suitcase

Perfect location to explore Plaka and the ancient sites in Athens, all in walking distance. Welcoming neighborhood with several restaurants for locals, some with exceptional food (reservations recommended).

Did not get the name of the woman on the morning/day shift but we loved her. She was so friendly and helped us with anything we needed. We also enjoyed talking with George at the bar. There were not enough outlets to plug things into. I had trouble finding a place to plug in my curling iron so I could look in a mirror to curl my hair. Our shower was very small and hard to maneuver.

Sendo eu uma pessoa oncológica e que foi referenciado na reserva, nunca informaram da dificuldade que seria chegar ao hotel e o recepcionista da noite não me ajudou com as malas. As fotografias apresentadas no booking estão bastante floreadas e não é nada assim na realidade.

• vickim520 (10/5): Anna was fabulous host! - Anna was excellent at reception. So welcoming! Positive! Smiley! Quirky hotel but perfect location. Slightly hill up but walkable to everywhere.
• Vivvykins (2/5): Awful - just don’t bother - Avoid…..we did not stay - even though we had booked and paid for 5 nights based on the location and the promise of evenings overlooking the acropolis. Wi-Fi did not work, holes in pillowcases, pubic hair on bathroom floor, bedroom floor warped and broken. Poor attitude from staff. Refused to move us rooms - even though there were spare rooms that night according to their own website. Also funny intermittent high-pitch buzzing noise that annoyed my daughter (similar to mosquito anti-teenager noise). Receptionist very unhelpful until after we had booked and paid for somewhere else. No manager available to complain to until the following morning (but we had to stay in the room which was unacceptable before we could speak to him.) No housekeeper to replace holey pillowcases. I was actually given pillowcases to sort out the problem out myself - which at these prices I would expect not to be playing housekeeper whilst on holiday. Asked to organise a taxi and they didn’t even manage that. We never saw the bar/ restaurant on the 6th floor as it was closed and did not open at 3pm as advertised. We waited for a few minutes but there was just a locked door.
• Leanneh3280 (2/5): The worst hotel we have ever stayed in - This is the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. Rooms dirty, linen old and stained, pillows yellow stained. Pictures on website clearly taken many years ago. Carpet on entrance all loose a guest trip down entrance stairs. The breakfast area grubby most food on display, not refrigerated. Shower base had two cracks in it, walls in many areas all cracked, paint peeling off walls. Toilet seat in main foyer broken. Junk or rubbish stacked up in corner of foyer with broken portion to hide this. Light switches didn't work. Generally dirty filthy hotel. Do not stay here

Sin ningún ruido de otros huéspedes o del exterior. Buenas vistas del Acrópolis desde nuestro balcon. La habitación tenía poco espacio para la ropa de dos personas para 7 dias. Teniamos casi todo en las maletas durante la estancia. El café de maquina del desayuno horrible. Edredón en agosto!!!!!!
