The $35 daily resort fee offered minimal value, providing access only to two small lobby recliners, an ice machine, and a water refill station. There were no refreshments or snacks available for purchase, and the daily housekeeping service was inconsistent at best. Additionally, the lobby had an unpleasant odor throughout my stay. While the front desk staff were friendly, they were often unavailable. The location is walkable to several nearby attractions, though not to the beach. Overall, I would only recommend this hotel for a one-night stay if you do not require amenities or comfort beyond the basics.

Sometimes Hotel's add a resort fee for the pool towels and so forth. But this place had 0 amenities. It was just a basic room . I will never stay their again. These owners are scam artist. Expedia needs to block them from the site

- Breana (10/5): - Hotel Milano is placed in a great area, me and my mate was able to walk to pretty much everything, food, shopping, bars, and local convenience stores. The staff were very friendly and helpful, we were even given complimentary umbrella for the rain. I really appreciate the hospitality, I would definitely recommend others to stay here. I felt safe and everyone in the area was very welcoming.

Nice friendly staff. However, my room was not cleaned by housekeeping for the first two days of my stay. I had to complain to the front desk on Sunday evening in order to have someone come on Monday to clean. (I checked in on Friday at 4pm. My room was finally cleaned with fresh towels for the first time on Monday afternoon)

- Verified traveler (6/5): Unexpected - Title throughout the hotel. It is very noisy, you can hear every step on the floor. Room looks clean, but the bottom of y feet were black after just being in the room for an hour. Our room was very small and didn’t have a window. The hotel is in the middle of a set of dusty souvenir shops and closed businesses. The lobby is completely empty.
