Guest Reviews
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Unexpected property. No real reception, no elevator and 2 flights up. Awkward room layout with no adjacent bathroom, but was private. Only 2 hangers in wardrobe. AC was very good as was very hot on Pisa.
- Maria (8/5): - Property was close to the Tower but a little outdated.
- Naushin (6/5): - The stay was okay, I chose this place as was looking for a twin room (was travelling with my son) which was the upside, staff was helpful, the rooms start at the 2nd floor, stairs, no elevator, on checking in the staff helped carry my case up, no such luck at checkout as I was instructed to leave the keys inside and leave. Our room was in the attic accessed by a narrow spiral staircase, a nightmare in my opinion. cleanliness could have been better there was dust on bed ledges and under the fridge etc, the fridge wasn’t plugged in and there was no socket so we had to move it to near a socket, shower was good as was the air conditioning. Toiletries were provided which we did not use as we were carrying our own, no kettle or coffee machine, no hangers in the closet. Towels were changed daily sheets once during our 5 night stay, reception is not manned, apparently they have another hotel nearby which is manned, and I believe you can get breakfast there which we opted not to, we had an issue and the staff was prompt in sorting it.pluses for me twin bed option, working air conditioner, helpful, friendly staff, minuses stairs, unmanned reception , no tea coffee facility,
Bottom line, it’s okay if you know what you are getting but I was caught out as some of these things are not clear on the website, Would I stay there again maybe but would definitely bring my kettle.
