- Michelle (10/5): Breathtaking Spillway getaway! - Absolutely wonderful, we couldn’t be happier. The decor is stunning & the check-in process was super easy. All the amenities were fantastic, along with the recommendations for dinner in town. We were celebrating our 26th wedding anniversary & upon arriving we were welcomed with flowers, swan towels on the bed, some candy, celebration napkins & delicious cupcakes from Ruthann’s Bakery in town. Wow, we are blown away, the hospitality just went above & beyond! We can’t wait to return 💕

- raymond (10/5): - The location was close to Downtown Bellaire and we enjoyed the hot tub and the putting area and the fire pit! The condo was very clean and updated with a good view of outside and ac worked well. I will come back for a golf trip or skiing.

We really enjoyed the hot tub, and the choice to use the sauna, kayaks, and bicycles. The putting course near the entrance was a cute touch. We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it if looking to stay in this area of Michigan. It was also only about a 10 minute drive from Torch Lake which was our reason for the visit!

- Michael (10/5): - The Spillway did not disappoint. We only wish we hadn’t stayed longer. The units are brand new and in great condition. Nice kitchenette and breakfast bar makes it easy to enjoy food in but there are a few good options just a couple blocks away, but with a sauna, hot tub, bikes, kayaks all available on the property, you can also make a case for not leaving. We had a great time here. As a bonus the upper level (1BR) units have a common outdoor connection that is like a private backyard that is clutch for anyone traveling with kiddos or pups.
- Riley (10/5): - THIS PLACE IS SUCH A GEM! There are a bunch of facilities including a hottub, sauna, cold plunge, mini golf, kayaking, biking, and corn hole. HOWEVER! It'll be hard leaving your fully stocked, temperature controlled, luxury room that had everything I couldve ever dreamed! From a stocked kitchen with a full fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, and microwave to a flatscreen tv and a rain shower NOT TO MENTION the beautiful rooftop padio!!! Its the best place I've ever stayed, the sheriff's office is literally at the front gate so safety was never a concern, and the staff are extremely sweet and helpful! I COULDNT BE HAPPIER and have every intention to return!

The rooms were clean, very well appointed and the property even had corn hole boards and a putting green. Would 100% stay here again.

- Terrie (10/5): An Adult Play Land. - Spillway has everything!! Secure contactless entry, beautiful and comfortable rooms. Amenities are numerous: large walk in shower, full kitchen. Full deck share with 4 units, outside chairs and fire pit, use of free kayaks and bikes. A putting green and a bago game set up. Fitness center. This and a brief walk to town. The owners are a delight and very accommodating. A perfect vacation ❤️ Bellaire has fabulous restaurants and is 20 mins to Torch Lake. 30 mins to the Jordan River for tubing or kayaking.

- Richard (10/5): Spillway - We are both 70+ and had the stairs to climb. It was the only disappointment. We knew that was the case however next time we have to be downstairs. Loved the location and amenities.

Other than that I think our stay was great, although it would have been nice to have been accommodated the early check in at 2:pm as discussed. - Eileen (10/5): - I can only say great things about this property not only was it perfectly decorated everything to the smallest detail was thought out incredibly thoughtful and answers to every question you could possibly have from the host quick responses. The amenities were perfect a full kitchen with everything you could need the bathroom was amazing. The bed was very comfortable. The view was wonderful. We had nothing but privacy the entire time we were there. There was a rooftop deck with an electric fire pit as well as a table if we wanted to eat up there with ambient lights a great view of the spillway we could hear music from downtown. You could walk to downtown in seven minutes to shop or eat. There were plenty of areas to get food to go if you didn’t want to go out there were hot tubs, mini golf. A sauna outside walking trails, cornhole games amazing fire pits throughout the property. Everything about this place is incredible and I can’t wait to stay again.
