We had a great experience with Ali from the Algerian restaurant who was warm and helpful at every turn. He stands out as an example of what service could be like here. In contrast the bar staff was contemptuous towards guests. I overheard them insulting me in Arabic as they assumed I didn’t understand the language. Overall expect a mixed bag with service. Everything else is 4-star like experience.

J’ai été agréablement surprise par la qualité des installations et par la gentillesse du personnel, toujours attentif. Le personnel a été très ouvert et respectueux, ce qui m’a permis de profiter pleinement de mon séjour en toute sérénité. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel et j’y reviendrai avec grand plaisir !
