- Maria (6/5): - I didn't like the smell of the place. The lobby and room both smell of overly sprayed room spray. The mini fridge was pretty noisy. The window was open at the top and I didn't notice until the morning. I had put the air conditioner on but it didn't really cool the room, not sure if it was because the window was open.

- Bonnie (10/5): - This stay was comfortable and quiet. The coffee was fresh and the linens clean. The single room we stayed in felt like a small form room. Next time, we would get the double queen room for more space. Shower was clean and warm but very small. The hotel was full of guests and we still never heard a sound. The microwave and refrigerator was a blessing. It is a great choice if you need to stay in the Delhi area

- karin (8/5): Clean and comfortable altho not fancy. - It’s a typical motel in upstate NY. It was clean and comfortable but not fancy. In a safe location very near Delhi village and SUNY. Good value.
- Rosa (8/5): Comfortable stay - Our experience was good. The room was clean, however it just has a distinct smell nothing you can’t handle and i imagine is because is an older motel. The downside to it is that there is not even muffins or donuts in the morning, only coffee and tea but the water was kind of funky looking. Other than that, the reception was pleasant and quick to get us our room.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - No hot water, which they sent a text stating they have 2 rooms reserved if we wanted to shower. Beds were very uncomfortable. Woke up with the middle of the bed sunk in so bad.

- Verified traveler (2/5): Just awful - Toilet bed TV and floor were good but the place is just awful the smell was so bad I had to keep the window open all the time my nose stuffed up so bad and I had a hard time breathing One screen was missing so I could only open one window the bathroom was disgusting Sink was awful and facet just went around with no stop you had to position it a certain way to stop the water. Not cleaned very well. Furniture and bed boards were all chipped up Outside was fill weeds and garbage can was disgusting! The only reason I stayed there is everything was book and a lot of the other hotels were over $700 a night because it was hall of fame weekend!

- Natalie (2/5): DFO NOT GO - I pulled up with my young daughter and three men were loiteering with alcohol on the front outside the rooms. I contacted Hotels .com to cancel and the automatic report was no refund. The owner of the Inn eventually called claiking I had not cancelled. I requested a refund given the very poor environment and the potential risk to my young daughter. he was veryn rude.
