- Verified traveler (4/5): Comfort. only the name - Gave me cheapest room instead of I reserved. Requested to hotel front to check again the room (he dont want to check. Only got answer that I am misunderstood). Explained again and again, finally got new room key card from him which some of lights in the room are not working.
