- Lynda (8/5): Excellent central Hotel - We visited primarily to go to Auswitch. It enjoyed Krakow very much and the hotel was a great, central bolt hole.
- Rafaela (8/5): - The hotel was very nice and comfortable. However, 99% of the time the Wi-Fi didn’t work. I mentioned this to the staff four times, but the issue was never resolved. Aside from that, everything else was great.

Pues la verdad que muy mediocre, la limpieza, dejé el cartel de que limpiaran y estaba todo sucio el suelo. Es una pena tener un Hotel, así en una ubicación tan buena y tan desaprovechado
