• Sukena (6/5): - The cabin is cute and spacious plus it was clean . The communication sucked and we didn’t have Wi-Fi, which was terrible for the children . Three TVs and we couldn’t WATCH NOT ONE of them not to mention there was not extreme weather. Very minimal snow. They offered a $30 refund for the Wi-Fi and we checked out on Monday and I still have not received it . Our check-in time was 4 PM and we did not get the access code until 4:35 pm , time is money and I felt we should’ve been reimbursed because after a 2 Hour Drive up the mountain the kids were ready to get out of the car and relax and we had to wait outside in the cold for the access codes. EVEN though I previously filled out everything I had to keep redoing the ID verification form . I was told Expedia is to blame for this either way we were inconvenienced The hot tub needs to be clean and it does not get hot. It takes about four hours to get warm. The cabin in general was so cute and we made the best of our experience, but this was supposed to be for my son‘s birthday and we had so many inconveniences which just made us moody . The cabin itself was perfect. Just know that you have to remove all the trash and the closest dump site was about 12 minutes away . They charge for everything ! So make sure you clean it up do a walk-through and take pictures because we surely did !
• Carissa (10/5): - My family and I loved it! Everything was perfect and made our visit easy and enjoyable. The decor, board games, cozy cabin vibe and of course we loved the back patio and jacuzzi. Will definitely be staying here again in the future.
• Cynthia (6/5): - Property had spiderwebs throughout the home, desperately needed an upkeep and good cleaning. Light fixture was broken in master bedroom we couldn’t turn on ceiling fan. Toilet paper holder was falling off the wall.
