We could hear crystal clear every sound from the adjoining room and they werent even being loud- we could hear all their conversation, videos watched etc. And same thing from the hallway.

Plenty of food options. The pool was relaxing and the property seems quite new. The main draw back was we found dirty socks in one of the blankets in the closet, and some used coffee lid, made the cleanliness a bit questionable. The staff was great and super friendly.

I highly recommend staying here, and if I ever visit the area again I will 100% stay here. P.S. Check out Atlas 9 next door! SO COOL!

It landed on top of the awning over the door on the main level. We let the maintenance director know and he had it down within 5 minutes. Swimming pools had tons of fresh towels. Rooms were clean. Great family spot!

- Pamela (10/5): Tropical resort in the Midwest - Atmosphere was so fun and relaxing! Room was spacious and bathroom had a spa vibe. Very family friendly but great for couples too. Staff was so friendly! The only downside was we were in a room that could be adjoining and we could hear through it pretty good and Ididn't feel they were being overly loud just a thin door maybe. We just put on some music to drown it out and that worked fine for us. Definitely not enough to change it from 5 stars. We had so much fun. We'll be going back again for sure the next time I need a taste of the Salt life without leaving my state!

- Carrie (10/5): Excellent, chill, beachy vibes. - The hotel was fantastic! Everything was new. Amenities - bar, family friendly pool, restaurant, shuttle service, plenty of parking. The best part was that the staff was so friendly - check in, restaurant, gift, shop, shuttle service, valet, etc. I will stay there again and again. Close to soccer stadium, Legends Outlet Mall, and Ampitheater. It was great!
- Verified traveler (8/5): Fast service/good rooms - Rooms were quiet and off the path from the “resort”. There were a few too many kids for me, so it wasn’t much of a resort feel. It is a very party atmosphere which is great, but I’m just not sure kids should see everything. It was very crowded as well, but it was a Saturday afternoon. I would return but maybe during the week for a more relaxing experience. The rooms were nice and the shower was great. The landshark bar was great and very fast service for a night when sporting KC was in town!
- Doretha (6/5): - For the cost I was expecting much more, the pool area is really small I was expecting more than 3 feet of water to swim. The dinks are good didn’t try the food, and the staff are really friendly. The rooms are nice and clean but you can hear the people in the next room.
- Jillian (10/5): - We only spent one night at the new margaritaville in KC but we instantly felt like we were on island time upon arrival. Check in was quick (room was even ready a couple of hours early), rooms are spacious and designed well for functionality, and the pool area was amazing even on a packed day. The pool bar is large however it seemed like they didn’t have enough staff for a busy day and it took a while to get served. Drinks were delish though. The hotel elevators were pretty slow but we heard from some staff members that it was the busiest day they’d had since opening. Our kids loved the arcade area with the snack window and the ninja course at the indoor pool. The restaurant, Landshark, was SO GOOD! We didn’t expect much but everything was delicious for dinner. We also had breakfast at Landshark and it was good but not as good as dinner. The lobby has a coffee shop with any snack you could want, plus there is a gift shop with all things margaritaville and prices didn’t seem over the top. Overall we loved the hotel and wished we could have spent more time. Definitely a place we plan to return.

- Bridget (2/5): - They took $2000.00 out of my account to hold for a 2 night stay. Make sure they give you a receipt IN HAND and read over it. Make sure you get a receipt for everything you purchase, they will try to double charge you and add it to your room. BEWARE. I still have not received my receipt threw my email.
- emmalys (6/5): - The hotel is so new that you can smell the paint. I didn’t like that I could hear the whole conversation and tv in the room next to me. They weren’t being loud or rough housing. Just the walls were really thin to where you can hear damn near everything. The one thing I dislike the most of any resorts, be prepared to pay an extra 100-200 because they do have a bunch of hidden fees or unknown extra you have to pay. I didn’t like that because they have a valet section you have to park along the side of the road for the free parking. I didn’t like that typically when you check in you park your car under the shade and entrance of the hotel and do you check in and then park your car. We were asked to move forward into the sun basically given the valet crew the whole section for those who pays for valet. (Which my case I was the only one at the time of checking in). For the price you pay and the extra stuff you pay. You would expect so much more but not here and today’s economy I suppose. Staff are friendly.

- Jeanna (6/5): - It was underwhelming. So excited for this experience and it was meh. Went to Land Shark for dinner was seated right away. Left after 30 min because no one acknowledged us. There were barely any customers now I know why. Paid $80 to basically swim in a kids pool even though we were staying at the hotel. Glad I tried it, not going back. Overpriced.
- Jayme (6/5): - Stayed last weekend, left a 5 star review. Came back this weekend- stayed 2 nights. Staff at the front desk, valet, and restaurant are all very very nice. Laundry was not working. Washer only washed on cold (warm and hot options were broke), but no dryer on any floor worked. Called front desk and they said they were aware and could send maintenance. Too bad we needed the clothes in 1 hour to play a game. 1- if you knew they were all broke, why not post signs on each floor so people didn’t end up with a load of wet clothes they have to pack? 2- if you knew and had a maintenance person available, why weren’t they already servicing them? Leaving people with an armful of wet clothes searching for a dryer on every floor and not a single one works…not good. Also didn’t have hot water at 10pm Saturday night. Let it run for five minutes straight on hot and it barely got lukewarm. Spent well over $1,000 for two nights after all said and done, hot water and a working dryer didn’t seem like too much to ask. Nice staff, good food and clean rooms- the most important things were all great.

- Bridgette (2/5): Not worth the $510. , Sorry!!!!! - The staff were nice but you are going to spend a lot of money on additional things like the arcade, restaurant food and drinks. The mom’s rooms are super small, pool was dirty with guests putting their dogs in the outdoor pool. The scenery is terrible, definitely not worth the price. The lady working at the out side pool was racist and clearly didn’t care if you knew,I had to check her on how she addressed my teenagers.They have really nice staff but they are clearly not as experienced in the resort business as they should be. They also don’t have any vegetarian food options which made us have to go to outside restaurants to eat lunch and dinner. My teenage children eventually got super bored and were ready to leave. It was definitely not worth the $510 a night I spent (2)…. We will not be going back to stay there any time soon. Posted pictures of dirty pool, I had to ask them to come and clean the pool.😫

- brian (10/5): Paradise close to home! - Amazing facility, we had a relaxing time! Service was exceptional! The only complaint would be the elevators took forever to get to floors! But besides that want to stay again!
- Craig (10/5): - This place was around a week old when i stayed here. Feels like the bars and restaurant were understaffed, but these were probably just growing pains. Staff was super nice and provided great service. Place was nice and clean and within Uber distan e to most evrything. Would stay here again 10/10.

- Leslie (10/5): - Great addition to KC. Only complaint is they had two bartenders outside at the pool bar on the second Saturday open. They couldn’t keep up and honestly one of them wasn’t the friendliest. Other than that part everyone else was exceptional. Very clean and lots to do. Loved the gift shop!
- Jeffery (10/5): - We had a wonderful weekend!! We rented a cabana and had great service from Jayden. The concierge and ballet guys were awesome as well as the rest of the staff. Definitely will be planning another trip there.

- John (6/5): - Tried checking in at 4:30pm. They didn't have a room ready and had no idea when. Was offered a couple drink tickets as recovery. I've never experienced this before. With a crying baby, I asked if they could get us into a room as I saw several others checking in getting rooms while I was waiting. After I asked again they were able to get a manager to find us a room. If I didn't "speak to a manager" I'm not sure how long I would've been asked to wait.
