- Aileen Kay (6/5): - - The place is conveniently walkable to and from MOA, which I really liked. However, it was quite noisy in the hallways around 2 a.m., and the neighbors didn’t seem to be considerate of other guests. - The washing machine in the unit is pay-per-use. Also We were three people staying, but the unit only provided one blanket and a pair of pillows, and additional bedding comes with an extra charge. I wish I had seen that information in the ad before booking, but it didn’t seem to be mentioned anywhere. Otherwise the place is nice and clean. Great for solo or a couple, just make sure to bring extra blanket for the 2nd person if you don’t want to pay extra. The host was accommodating and responded to texts quickly.
- SHUHRAT (2/5): - Property/room description on Expedia is not the same as room condition: Dirty, with full of dust; Towels and blankets were in the balcony and not fully dried; No good bath ventilation; Shower water pressure is low; Room says premium with pool access, no pool access, my room was 11th floor, also you need to pay for pool access; Washing machine in the room is locked, you have to pay for unlocking. Overall this room is not compatible for renting!!!

- Lemura (8/5): - Nicole is very accommodating and efficient. The reception, bellboys, security, and pool staff are very polite. The pool experience is the best. The rooms and bathrooms are fair.
- Andrew (4/5): - Confusion at check in, no one there to meet you, no communication offered between myself and local manager, all communication done by email to owner who i believe is overseas. Lost a nights accommodation because of this and haven't been reinbursed. Manila Daze need to sort their logistics out, and how they operate this system. Teresa local manager is very good. Condo is nice, facilities excellent, but the administration side will make sure i don't stay here again. Then before you leave you receive a message telling you to clean up otherwise they'll charge you from your credit card which they have saved online. All in all not a good experience and I have stayed in other condos with no problems at all. It needs to be run better by the owners.

- Nymia (8/5): - Not super clean, has cockroaches, AC not properly working and leaking water, has washing machine but locked, hand shower also has a problem. I contacted the management they even sent someone to looked. And I asked for few more hours to stay for the inconvenience cuz our flight was 7:00pm and the management agreed. They are actually cooperative.
- Nymia (8/5): - It’s good to stay close to airport and mall, has convenient store around the buildings. Not that super great but it’s okay for short period of time.
- Maximo (2/5): - I stayed for 3 days Security Guard on the pool area are very rude. Inconvenience have to pay for blanket pillow or extra towel. Will never stay in this place again. Found cockroach in the unit.
- Sheryll d (8/5): - beautiful swimming area, the unit was pretty straight forward, good for a night or two stay. clean but really quite small space, as all shore residences unit are. but again, nice enough for me and my two kids. quick check in and out. all staff in building friendly. Rosa was quick to reply to all my inquiries. thanks again for the wonderful stay.
- Mark (8/5): - Just be mindful of rules. You can't flush T.P., as it must be bagged. U R resposible for washing dishes, and discarding trash before U leave. Just understand this before U stay and you will be fine. 5 minute walk to restaurants and 10 to mall.
