- Adrienne (10/5): - I loved this place! Completely refurbished in 2025, it couldn’t have been better. Rooms had hardwood floors, three flip-up charging stations, a patio with large comfy chairs and a nicely appointed bathroom. Great pool with music, surrounded by expansive lawns with lounge chairs. Nice restaurant and cozy lounge. Several EV chargers were available onsite, which was a plus! Staff were friendly and efficient. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay!

Each room has a patio with nice outdoor furniture and the pool and hot tub is very nice. The on-site restaurant, Dave’s Place is also really good. I would love to stay here again.

- Carolina (8/5): - The hotel was a total 10 from the time we arrived to the time we almost left. We appreciate the late checkout. However, that went from a perfect 10 to a quick 8.5; being that we checked in after midnight, I didn’t expect for the housekeepers to be yelling across the hallways LOUDLY! With vacuum on, at 0830a, for early risers that is ok but for us who pay the same and are on a mini vacay who are still catch up on some zzz’s can be a total nightmare. Please stop yelling across the hallways! We are paying to sleep there. Would you like to pay a hotel somewhere only to be woken up by loud vacuums and yelling across hallways!? Please be considerate of others driving to your location from far away. Thank you.
- Tzvetana (10/5): Wonderful hotel - Wonderful hotel. The landscaping is beautiful. We arrived late at night and the reception was expecting us with everything ready for our check in. We had a small gift bag with water and artisanal chocolate that was absolutely delicious especially after a long drive from San Francisco. Clean comfortable, nice pool and a hot tub, NASA poster in the room was a nice touch.

Definitely surprised by this hidden gem.. the rooms were simple but most importantly CLEAN.

- julie (10/5): - Village inn was a pleasant surprise. Loved the 50’s retro look. Are room had its own personnel patio/ balcony. It was very quiet. We didn’t get the chance to use the pool but they did say it was heated. We definitely have found our favorite hotel and will be back in the future.

- Lance (10/5): Stopped for lunch, ended up booking a stay. - I would ask that they have those folding luggage rack/stand so that we could put our suit cases on them as a place to put them and use them, rather than having to toss them up on the bed or getting what we need with the suitcase on the floor. This might seem nit-picky, but a soap dish for the small bar of soap. It would seem that they would have something like that rather than having to just put the soap on the counter. It kind of makes a mess and then eventually sticks to the counter surface. Other than that the stay was awesome! The retro/modern style of the place was cool and brought back memories of my wife's childhood memories of the Village Inn from years ago. Just a really nice place to chill and relax. Over all a great experience! We'll be back next year!

We loved the sparkling pool and onsite restaurant- we did breakfast and dinner and it was fantastic. The property vibe is relaxing and quiet. 10/10, thank you Village Inn!
- Michael (10/5): - Hotel is new and immaculate. It has beautiful grounds and pool area, making it feel like a high-end resort. It is only about a 10 minute drive from downtown Lompoc, where there are many dining options. But you don’t have to go offsite, as there is a very nice restaurant and bar at the hotel. The distance from downtown is a plus. We were about to get a hotel in downtown, but saw a number of homeless people in the area and had concerns about safety.
- Jeff (10/5): Fully Renovated and amazingly clean - This property is amazingly renovated and new. They did a beautiful job. Comfortable, modern and clean. It’s also sooooo quiet. The attached restaurant is good food and reasonably priced. This is the best hotel in the Lompoc area.
