- Cauê (4/5): - Tivemos uma experiência extremamente frustrante e desrespeitosa durante nossa estadia. No último dia, fomos tomar café da manhã e deixamos o celular no quarto, conforme as regras da pousada. Ao voltar, percebemos que o celular havia desaparecido. Após uma busca minuciosa, notamos sinais de que o quarto havia sido acessado. Ao rastrear o aparelho, descobrimos que ainda estava na pousada. Curiosamente, o celular reapareceu embaixo de uma toalha e um travesseiro, em um local totalmente óbvio, onde teríamos visto facilmente durante nossa busca. Além disso, uma funcionária, que até então parecia desinteressada, mudou de atitude ao saber do rastreamento e entrou no quarto antes da minha namorada, permanecendo lá por um tempo depois dela sair. O proprietário, ao ser questionado sobre o ocorrido, alegou não ter acesso às imagens de segurança e disse que precisaria ligar para outra pessoa. Fomos tratados com deboche pela equipe, como se estivessemos inventando o problema. Para piorar, o dono não demonstrou interesse em solucionar a situação e ainda nos sugeriu que não poderíamos “acusar ninguém sem provas”. A pousada falhou em garantir a segurança dos nossos pertences, demonstrando má-fé e uma falta de profissionalismo absurda. Não recomendamos este lugar a ninguém e alertamos outros hóspedes para que tomem cuidado. A avaliação completa está no Google.
