Guest Reviews
- Cheryl (10/5): - Everything worked for us there. The pool was cool and refreshing. It was a sketchy neighborhood but that’s not the motels fault. I’d stay here again. I slept like a baby
- Nigel (4/5): - This property was dirty and run down, holes in the walls, not clean at all, the coffee machine had old coffee in it! The toilet paper wasn’t even a new roll, old and used! Would not recommend this place to anyone!
- Diana (8/5): - The room was clean and comfortable. The woman at the desk was very nice and helpful. We just stayed one night. If you like convenience, Wendy’s is almost next door on one side and McDonalds on the other side. Plenty of other places to eat as well. However, the Expedia ad we used to book the room showed pictures that are not accurate for the room we reserved.
- Jackie (8/5): - This is a decent place to stay for the price. The lady that checked us in was lovely.
- Brian (4/5): - Property is very dated and beds were very soft.
- mary (6/5): - it was ok,
you could not adjust the temperature in
the shower, the water would run hot then cold.
beds where too hard and uncomfortable
- Cristian (10/5): - Friendly staff.
- Darlene (8/5): - Property aging out, but Owners doing a good job to make it as comfortable as possible. All in all, pretty comfortable.
- Patsy (6/5): - It was very outdated, but clean.
- Aly (8/5): - The pool was great. The kitchenette was well equipped. The suite was spacious and the location was great.
The bathroom shower and toilet were finicky and tough to use, but worked in the end.
The staff was great and met our needs. They pretty much left us alone.
- Anqi (10/5): - It’s pretty good but I don’t like the staff very much because they are so like they don’t explain things so I think they are just confusing me
- Kelly (8/5): Great service, clean room. - Nice clean room. Comfortable bed. A/C.
Staff was great, the pool was clean and refreshing!
- Joshua (6/5): - The Falcon Nest itself is a charming motel with helpful 24-hour security, which is appreciated. However, the surrounding area is a major concern. There were many visible drug users nearby, and the neighborhood felt very unsafe—especially after dark. While the property tries to maintain a welcoming environment, the location unfortunately detracts from the overall experience.
- Cheryl (8/5): - Looked kind of sketchy when we drove up but was very nice inside. Only complaint was how loud the air conditioner was.
- Angela (6/5): - The front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating but the rooms very outdated and not noise proof what so ever. Parking stalls extremely small and the surrounding area sketchy. Only stayed 1 night and that woukd be our limit in a pinch. Had to pay cash because debit machine wasn't working which was inconvenient. Id rate the stay 3 out of 5.
- Thomas (10/5): - Everything you need is in the room. Fridge, coffee maker, microwave. I would stay here again.
- Curtis (10/5): - Clean, quiet, recent improvements (new flooring), enough beds for our family of 5. Staff were friendly and helpful. Took a swim in the outdoor pool. Is right next to a McDonald's.
- David (6/5): - The room was big. But this is a 1.5 star hotel.
- Rachelle (4/5): - First, the Family Room is advertised as sleeping 6 people but we’re lucky we ended up with only 4 of us instead of the planned 6 as the room only has 2 beds! We thought the couch would be a pull-out but it wasn’t. All we found under the cushions was dirty, gross toilet paper! Also, the curtains didn’t cover the windows completely so there was no privacy in the bedroom and no door between the bedroom and living room/kitchenette. Area was overrun with homeless people and we were worried our vehicle would get broken into overnight. Staff was very friendly but motel is very run down. Beds were comfortable.
- Bruce (10/5): - Great value for the price. Spotless and clean room. Pool on site but a huge swimming complex just across the road that was only $3.50 for our grandchild. Two waterslides and a wave pool.
Also just over the road are all the Fast Food outlets you could ever want plus a supermarket and a shopping complex. Tim Hortons a two minute walk down the road on the same side. Great place to stop and very comfortable huge king size beds in our room.
- Abbie (10/5): - Staff are very friendly, parking space is big, rooms are provided with 2 king beds, there's a living room with sofa and TV, a kitchen with fridge, oven and a microwave. Price is very affordable.
- Nathalie (10/5): - Correct
