Everything is so cute and very comfortable. We love roadtrips and finding this little gem was one of our most memorable stops.

They really nailed the mid-century modern roadside motel motif -it was perfect and functional without being overdone. It was perfect for a roadtrip getting to pull up to our room to unload. The staff was very accommodating for our pets as well. We will absolutely stay again.

Robert (10/5): Welcome back, Colony House! - As former visitors of the Colony House before our move to Roanoke, we were thrilled the motel was saved and renovated in a return to its former glory. We and some friends staycationed there this past week, and had a glorious time. The AGM greeted us warmly, made us feel welcome from the minute we entered the checkin. The lobby and lounge are beautiful and comfortable. We spent the afternoon by the refreshing pool. Our room was such a terrific throwback with its gorgeous Mid-Century Modern styling (while also reflecting modern conveniences). Every staff member we encountered this weekend was friendly and personable. We will gladly make this little escape many times more!
