Janene (6/5): Disappointed - Very modern and minimal. Room was fine, bed was uncomfortable. Breakfast was awful! Service was until 10:00 am, arrived at 8:30 and most items were not available and were not being replenished. There was no rush to replace, if anything was still available. Front desk was often unattended and the front desk person spent lots of time in the back room and shrugged her shoulders when I asked about lack of food. When spending close to $200, I expected better.

Mary (8/5): - Very clean, minimalist design of rooms and lobby. Friendly, helpful staff, and comfy beds. Rooms have small fridges but no microwaves. Good coffee available (and complementary) in the lobby around the clock. Pool table and other games available in the cozy sitting area by the lobby. Perfect place for someone who wants a clean, comfortable room and good service without a lot of bells and whistles.

Benny (10/5): - so forgive me for this review, if I sound happier than any other person, probably will leave a review for this hotel. It was an amazing experience from the time we checked in with Sybil a.k.a. big mama. She made us feel at home and let us know that we were safe for the next few days as we were home for my father‘s funeral. then I had the pleasure of meeting the general manager, who was an amazing person and could relate to a lot of our feelings and what we wanted to accomplish in our stay thank you so much for an amazing stay for a clean room, a safe hotel, and I wish this place nothing but happiness, and we will be back. Thank you Xiomara and crew.

It would constantly go off and on, it was frustrating trying to do anything on my computer because I couldn’t! We complained every day, found out it was certain rooms I guess but we were not offered to change rooms.
