I am not a wealthy person and this has left me way out of pocket. They could of helped but did not. The checking in system was Chaitic when no person on site and having to call multiple times got a code to access the room. The agent did try and help but nothing she could do. Would never book here again. Terrible

- Brion (10/5): Elk Antler Inn- Cozy & nice spot! - It’s a very basic room, but it’s all we needed and it was super clean and the check-in was easy and the door lock was great cause you could lock the deadbolt when you leave from the outside. The air conditioner was a little loud, but it’s old school so you just gotta throw some earplugs in and Get some rest. Very good communication throughout the check-in and checkout process. We will be back.

Room was pretty cool with modern decor, Beds comfy, clean bedding and plenty of towels for all of us, small coffee machine , did 1 cup at a time but no big deal, wifi good and a tv with Netflix. For the price we paid we can’t complain as so reasonable and the area of Thermopolis was nice. Any faults would be A little noisy from road with windows open and room was quite warm.

However after completing the online check in we could not access our room number or code to get in. After speaking with another guest who had the same issue we were given a phone number for someone out of state who gave us the information we needed. This is no way to run a motel!! There was no one on site to help with any issues! We do not recommend this establishment!

Beds were clean and comfortable as was the bathroom. Room that was separate from front room was a nice touch. Thought it was pricey for what you got.
