Guest Reviews
- Lishan (8/5): - Great pre arrangements communication. Was concerned with some negative reviews about condition. Accommo staff reassured me about issues and maintenance team were working on them. Excellent pre arrival communication for key collection. Key collection was at a nearby hostel on this occasion, walking would take 20 minutes but we requested a taxi which hostel staff called. No issues about property - it's in a great safe central location, is clean and very spacious. kitchen, toilet, linen - very well equipt. Sofa bed and bed were comfortable. Lots of extra pillow, duvet, crockery available in cupboards. Shower had good flow. Good hot water. Both aircons worked and were quiet. Church bell was lovely and wasn't a distraction. First charm of the day was 7am.
WiFi password - don't use router password. Password in arrival email. WiFi worked well.
It had a courtyard when you entered the facinity. Main street door was closed and locked on evenings. All very safe. It has very old style lift which fits 4 people without luggage but I liked that - it adds character to the building. Apartment is on 4th floor. Exiting lift you need to walk up some stairs to reach apartment.
Low points - kitchen light is dim, shower took a while to adjust to get right temperature - drained well. Could do with identifying main door on street photo.
If you want a real feel of how locals live this is a place.
Overall I would definitely stay here again.
Thanks accommo and team.
- Gheorghi (2/5): - A truly terrible and unprofessional experience with Accomodo.
On the day of check-in, I informed them in advance that we were delayed due to a severe storm. We were driving with two minors through heavy rain and even hail as we entered Milan. Despite this, and without any proper warning or explanation, they changed our apartment — moving us from the historical center to a completely different location.
The replacement unit was a downgrade in every possible way: no mosquito screens (and lots of mosquitoes after the rain), no running water in the kitchen, and located on the first floor — where at 5 a.m., a woman began dragging dozens of trash containers right under our window. And this, somehow, they had the nerve to call an “upgrade.”
Even worse, they promised to resolve the issue, but instead just played for time. After we checked out, I requested a partial refund — a fair ask, considering the circumstances — and they ignored me for an entire day. Then came a manipulative email conveniently skipping half the facts, simply blaming me for being late for check in and using that as an excuse to justify everything.
If I had been traveling alone, maybe I could overlook it. But I was with my wife and two daughters.
Thank you, Accomodo!
