• Giulia (6/5): - Lejligheden er placeret perfekt i kvarteret i det, den er på en vej lige bag Naviglio Grande. Så få minutter til restauranter og natteliv men væk fra nattelarm. Vi vil helt sikkert vælge det område igen. Kommunikationen og adgangen til lejligheden virkede upåklageligt. Lejligheden er træt, der lugter fugtigt og af skimmel, som er forsøgt skjult bag et kraftig rengøringsmiddel, der tilføjede lugten en kraftig kemi. Lejligheden er ikke gjort hyggelig, der skal ikke meget til, så ville den sammen med en lille renovering og skimmelsanering være en perle.
• REMI (2/5): - Another apartment managed through a virtual agency. This means that if you have any sort of issues, you cannot talk to anyone, you have to send an email and hope for the best. Issues: 1- The old lady who lives below the apartment is a nightmare. We were just walking up the 3 floors to check in and get to the suite when she opened her door and gave us a lecture and scolded us - Nice welcome, NOT! It was about 5pm, no reason for this behaviour. 2- Sofa bed, paper thin mattress. 3 - The headboard of the bed in the main bedroom fell off. 4- Cleanliness: We found cigarette butts on the balcony, cleaning equipment not properly stowed, dirty laundry left in a chest. As compensation, and only because we asked, we were offered late check out till 12h30, but this was of no value to us as we had to leave by 9h30am to catch a train. We declined and asked them how they would value (dollar/euro figure) the inconveniences we experienced and their lacks in terms of customer service they failed to respond. Three days later we contacted them again and asked for a follow up, they then offered a 15% discount for a future stay - like their service was amazing??? "We have standards to follow". Well, when I spend my money I expects nothing but the highest standards of service. No way I would recommend nor spend money again on this terrible operation.
• Eva-Lotta (6/5): - Lägenheten är okej. Den ligger väldigt bra till men är ganska ochsrmig och inte fräsch. När vi anlände på kvällen fanns det halväten mat kvar i kylen och på balkongen låg en gaffel kvar på bordet med gammal sylt på. Möblerna är slitna och fläckiga. Vi kände inte att vi ville vara i lägenheten. När vi skulle göra oss i ordning till middag tänkte vi att vi ändå skulle ta ett glas vin och upptäckte att det saknades vinglas. I Italien. Det är ganska bökigt att ta sig i i lägenheten, porten är låst med ett gammalt lås och man ska även låsa när man gått in, det är knappast något som kan rekommenderas om det skulle börja brinna.
