- Stephen (6/5): - Help from Andrea with nearby parking and transport with luggage to/from Ortigia was excellent. Also breakfast staff member was super helpful. The property itself is tired and in need of upgrades. There is a totally inadequate space for breakfast seating, with no dedicated tables or chairs and no easy access back into reception area if guests are seated at basic outdoor sofas.
