- Catherine (8/5): - Rooms were okay. Wonky floor - uneven in several places. No hand soap so we had to call for thst. Beds firm, linens clean. Our biggest beef, noisy. Heavt traffic all night long, hence the 4 sets of ear plugs on offer. I still heard the cars, however.
- Michael (8/5): Pricey - New design style but dusty and lots of left overs from the previous guests. The sounds from the second floor came pounding through the ceiling. Prices were high as it was a Friday through Sunday trip and after looking at Monday through Thursday pricing found it to be over double.
- Prageeth (2/5): - The room was not cleaned when we checked in. The tub absolutely did not drain and so after my wife and i too a shower there was water upto our shins. THE SHEETS WERE NOT MADE TOO.
- Donna (10/5): - The Samsung TV+ is not user friendly!! It was very confusing to use and we were unable to watch a Sunday night football game on NBC. The rooms are very nice. Updated and clean!
- Lynette (10/5): - The property was very nice and clean. It was very beautiful and modern. The common room with the fireplace and games was very cozy and we enjoyed watching a movie and playing Clue. We will definitely stay again next time we are in Traverse City.

- Michael (4/5): - The hotel was clean. Everything was pretty new. The AC was rattling the entire night, so it was definitely hard to sleep. The price was good, but hard to recommend if you can’t actually get sleep there.

- Dale (8/5): - The location was great but the hotel wasn't complete they were still taking and fixing things. there was no ice machine the front doors didn't have locks that locks most of the time the internet was iffy and the TV only had streaming capabilities with no local channels was expecting more
- Vicki (10/5): - Highly recommend if you are looking for a no-frills nice and modern hotel that is close to the beach, dining, shopping, and recreation. There's a very nice lounge/gathering area inside with a fireplace. Our only complaint is that the AC system was loud.

- hua (4/5): - I stayed at this hotel for two nights. As someone from the West Coast, I have jet lag, so I was still sleeping around 11 AM, when I was woken up by housekeeping talking on the phone extremely loudly walking around the hall way, almost like he was arguing—it was very disturbing. In the afternoon, when I went out, I asked the housekeeper to clean my room, and he agreed, but when I returned in the evening, the room had not been cleaned at all. The hotel’s checkout time is 11 AM, and I requested a one-hour late checkout until 12 PM, which was refused. I have stayed at many hotels and Airbnbs, and I have never had a hotel deny such a simple request. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I would not stay here again.

- Jennifer (6/5): - This hotel has only been open for a few weeks and they are still working out the kinks. There are many perks to this hotel, including lovely modern furniture, beautiful lobby/dining area, and on site free parking. I didn’t even mind the fact that the FRONT DESK is staffed virtually. This hotel has no ice machines or ice buckets. That’s a bit of a trick when you’re traveling with a cooler or even just want ice for a cold glass of water. Additionally, the laundry room, which is the only place an iron and ironing board is located, was under repair while we were there. That was a total bummer because we had things that needed to get washed and we were depending on using the washing machine there.

Felt like Tru or Home To Suites but minus the larger room and breakfast. 4 Star was for how new and clean it was. The online help with check in/check out was great though.

- Guerino (8/5): - The room at the Vic was very clean. The property manager and the staff member whonwere on site were very friendly. The only is missing is breakfast option!
- Niyomi (4/5): - This place was not ready to be opened. Not having anyone at the property was pretty bad because our AC wasn’t working and it never got fixed for 3 nights. We called multiple times and asked to switch rooms as well. They were no help at all. Rooms are not fully furnished. Randomly empty spaces and not even a single hook to hang clothes. New carpet smell was pretty strong too. Hopefully they’ll hire some actual people to work there, otherwise it will be a mess if you need anything.

- Kasia (8/5): - The property owner was receptive to our suggestions and we appreciated that. The laundry facilities were not hooked up and we had to seek offsite laundry facilities. The parking was convenient and the lobby was clean. The cleaning staff seemed surly and we had to inquire about basics despite booking a five night stay.
- Youn Hea (8/5): - Great new place with free parking. Everything was very clean. Toilet and shower are in the bathroom, sink is in the room outside the bathroom. So washing hands was very easy, but no space to put clothes in the bathroom for shower. Toilet did not have a cover. Windows do not open. Only one trashcan in the room, which was in the bathroom. Lounge on the first floor was clean and nice with games and cards. Arcade games by the elevators were very fun. Our fridge did not work but the concierge responded immediately. Overall, nice new place, great considering less than $200 a night in this area.
- Carlton (8/5): Just a litte let down - The stay was cool, but without having a person to speak with it makes things a tad more difficult. The carpent in the room was full of sand and one of the beds had sand in it. No bar or breakfast area.
- James (10/5): - Interesting concept with no front desk. All doors had codes. Obviously recently updated. Would have liked an ice maker and for the laundry to be working. Missed having a little table beside bed for morning coffee. Bed was reasonably hard which was good for us. Closet was set up differently but worked very well. Lots of channels. Micro and fridge.

- Verified traveler (2/5): No Kasa support staff… a veritable ghost town! - No Kasa representative was on site. As such, no receptionist was available during check-in, or in case of emergency. When I communicated this to Kasa reps, they indicated the expectation was that “guests would call 911.” My suggestion is that they have staff on-site for better customer support and emergency outreach (if needed).
- Verified traveler (2/5): Beware... - I will Give 1 star totally unacceptable especially if you want your constitutional rights violated!! on the booking process for the property The Vic By Kasa. I even called the company direct (Miami FLA) and sent them my passport card and I still had to get a selfie on there unsecured app (probably from china)or forfeit our reservations for our family vacation. I promised the representative that I would not give a positive review for Kasa or the Hotel. No front desk all contact through text. The hotel needs work! No ice machine, no vending (disconnected) bathroom door wouldn't shut. Just not a good experience!

- Laura (8/5): Ok but not great - The location and value is good. The tv volume can't be adjusted and with the air conditioning on you can't hear the tv. Beware they actually monitor your noise in thee room, creepy. No ice machine or vending available.
