- Anthony (2/5): Don’t do it! Spend the extra $$ - All the doors were propped open by garbage cans. Tubs were removed from rooms and left outside the entrances. Stains on walls, whole place smells like stale cigarettes. Halls are worn down with old wall paper and torn carpet. Doors were warped. Tile in bathroom had a lot of grout and stains. Crowd was not very desirable. Best thing in this place was the staff. Lady at the front desk was very pleasant.

- Keith (6/5): Friendly staff - The property isn't bad, nice size outdoor pool in the middle for the complex with a nice come of din and shade. It's an older building that got a makeover (still getting fixed up). My first room, I had to move because the AC wasn't working and moved me right away. The room was clean, the bed was reasonably comfortable. Fine for an overnight business trip and the price was fair. The staff was friendly and helpful.
- Ash P. (10/5): - The staff was stupendous & quick to address the many maintenance issues this property encounters. The owner mistook me for an unhoused woman when I stepped out to smoke a cigarette and tried to have security escort me off the property. After speaking to the female manager, she addressed my concerns as well as took full accountability for the filthy pool on property. It looks as if homeless people use this pool to bathe. It is covered with a thick blanket of foliage from surrounding trees, and has a thick carpet of dirt on the very bottom. My partner spent 3 hours cleaning it out so that I could enjoy a dip in the pool. The rooms were clean and upgraded but my phone was not even plugged into a wall socket. The power outlets in the restroom did not function properly. This hotel has so much potential, with an on sight bar & decent restaurant. Again, the staff from front desk to the bar, to housekeeping are all so warm and welcoming! Including the little stray kitten that romps the property. I give this a 5/10 with potential to be a 10/10 with proper management and staff.

The smell of the room was horrible, I noticed it in the hallway but was worse in the room. They said the blankets were in the closet. There was one in a trash bag. When you stay somewhere and don’t feel clean that’s the worse.

I like the fact that it's gated, but when I can't get buzzed in because she's helping other customers, that's frustrating after a 2 hour drive from LA. We just wanted to get into the room and sleep. Instead I had to drive back around to the front and wait in line again. Weird setup. The room was ok. There were no trash cans. The blankets for the beds were in the closet and had weird spots on them. On the positive side, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was extremely pleasant.
- Dennis (2/5): - This place was horrible. First of all I reserved my room online. A deluxe double room. When i got there to check in the gave my room to someone else 2 hours before i got there. The manager did this and couldn't figure out what she did. Then they were trying to get the people out of the room. I just asked if i could get a different room. After an hour and a half i finally got a room. We got in after 900 miles on the road that day, and the coffee was wasn't cleaned from the last guest. It still had coffee grounds in it. The refrigerator didnt work. The wifi didn't work unless you were in the bathroom. I will never go here again or recommend this hotel. I have stayed in better 2 star motels.
