Kuy Ha (10/5): Great in general - Great place to stay. Just 2 things were not convenient for me. Check in was slow and kept asking same questions over and over. Another was elevator. Don't know what happened but the key didn't work and had to change several times. But the elevator kept stopped and got turned off. Except these, everything was perfect. I believe it was temporary issue.
Verified traveler (2/5): BAD HOTEL EVER - Been more than 10 years of traveling but this is the first time I have to move out in the middle of the booking cause their bad services. Staffs very unhelpful, no welcome drink, restaurant taste bad, room are not clean as request. General Manager were careless attitude and accused me for complaining to get benefits. They promised to give me the refund for the night that i didnt stay but i am not sure i could still get it back. This hotel definitely not qualified as 5 stars. And its a shame of Marriott Group. Specially, the GM not qualified at all, he told me he love the reviews. And this is one for you. :)
