The price was reasonable around 1500.00 for 4 apartments for a week (we arrived later in the week due to our visas being delayed. If you plan to travel to Vietnam please get you visa two weeks prior to your flight date. They process nothing on the weekend. We rented the following apartments. 4010 (beautiful views, wonderful a/c, washer provided, leaky toilet, black mold in shower, around the sink in bathroom, small ants in kitchen, apartment not cleaned thoroughly prior to check in) 2407 (good a/c, washer black mold in bathroom, not cleaned thoroughly prior to check in) 803 & 805 (good a/c, washer, black mold in shower and around sink, bathroom mirrors dirty). The building is a beautiful building, it is safe, and malls, eateries, and playgrounds if you have children. I would recommend this area, but not the host of the apartments. The communication with the host was awful, I recommend replacing the company with someone more efficient, who communicates. When we arrived she took us to an apartment that was already occupied by another guest. We were unable to enjoy the pool and the gym because you need fingerprints. The host scheduled us for fingerprints 0900 and never showed up, and did not respond to messages. Again, the Apartments are nice and the area is beautiful.

- Judy (2/5): - I booked a very luxurious apartment through Expedia and was very excited. Upon arrival, the instructions on the site was unclear on where to check in. Misleading information regarding the location of the building. It's not landmark 81 building is different buildings. After I got checked in with someone and was given my room key. When we went to our apartment… it did not look like the pictures listed on booking at all. regarding the apartment looking completely different than the one I reserved on booking. The place was so filthy, cabinets doors fall off, living room chair was broken, air conditioning was leaking, bed sheets and pillows were stained. On our last day we ran out of toilet paper and requested more at 8:30 am. They informed me that we would be checking out soon and did not respond to our request.

The nearby hotel is EXTREMELY dirty. It was so bad, we had to pay for another hotel and stay somewhere else. We tried to talk to the receptionist first and ask her to put us in the correct hotel, but she was extremely rude and did not help us. She actually laughed at us, probably because she knew we were getting scammed and she was actively helping scam me and my family. Do not waste your time or money.

So you never have to worry about anything when you come here. It was truly one of my best stays anywhere in the world

Enjoyed staying at this hotel, great service and staff, the room was exceptionally clean with comfortable beds (and i might add had a proper shower....not a bath-tub you have to stand in like other places i have stayed). Location is great and within walking distance to most attractions. Would stay again for sure and recommend to others. Note .....the hotel rule for breakfast NOT ALLOWED wearing shorts/gym attire. This is laughably not enforced with some guests going full on to impress with the Lululemon attire ..........haha was fun for us. Will be back again.

Breakfast buffet has wide spreads with a lot of choices from Indian cuisines to Chinese, Japanese and Vietnamese. The taste is OK, not a "wow" but serve the purpose, the room has super great view, location is strategic and close to local cafe and eateries. Grab easily to District 1 and other districts, going to airport is a breeze. In short, happily recommending to others

Toilets not flushing, air conditioning was leaking , remote control of the one of the aircon was not working therefore couldn’t control the room temperature ( we were freezing cold) , bathroom was dark and dirty and the bathroom basin isn’t draining water at all….. nightmare. Will never dare to book at landmark 81 again. …

- YU (10/5): - I made the right decision to book this hotel. As a solo traveler comfort and safety is the top priority and this hotel gave me that. I arrived late because the flight got delayed but a staff was able to assist me immediately. They rarely speak English but they always ready to help specially when I was looking where to get breakfast on the first morning. The birds chirping greeted me every moning. I love that I get to enjoy a relaxing and quiet morning that this place. And the best thing is that a cafe is inside the compound and you get a 15% discount. I will definitely stay here again if I go back to Ho Chi Minh. Thank you so much!

- Justin (2/5): Avoid - Property not as listed - We rented the luxury as a family. Got there the apartment condition has a lot of broken furnishing and floors are not clean. When issue was raised to Hotels.com, the property owner decided to kick us to the street unless we accept room change for the last night out of 3 nights of the stay. They threatened us that we have to accept their change on the very last night. We accepted it which was much better condition but still no where close to the condition of the pictures and listings Also the use of pool and gym is restricted to only when the property staff is awake because they need to beep you in manually Overall, avoid this property at all cost

- Long (2/5): Hotels.com failed us miserably - Do not book! This is privately owned and they can do whatever they wish. We arrived on time for checkin at 2pm and the room was a total mess with smoke oder. We waited for somr crew to come to clean for an hour just waiting for them. The chair had dirty and oder. The room does not even look 50% of what was advertised. Not sure why it has the name luxury landmark when it looks like a dirty motel. The staff ask for our keys back if we don't like it and they didnt give a release to hotels.com for our refund and took us four days and still no resolution. Hotels.com taking the owner aide because they said we booked a non refundable booking. This was so unfair as we did not get the room we were advertised and didnt even stay.

- Natalie (10/5): - I stayed here for 10 nights and felt completely at home. The apartment had everything I needed – kitchen, laundry, fast Wi-Fi, and even a convenience store downstairs. The area is peaceful and safe. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone staying longer in Ho Chi Minh City.

- Hang (2/5): - they did not follow the regulations, they did not have an office, they forced me to stand on the street, then they picked me up and took me into the dormitory, it was not as described, I could not exercise, I could not swim because I needed fingerprints, they did not help I even wanted to ask for more blanket they did not have them, they did not follow the regulations, please investigate these people.
- Huynh Thai (8/5): - The apartment was clean and cozy, and check-in was smooth. The only small downside was that the towels felt a bit worn. Everything else was great.
