They upgraded our room because of an event, and when we walked in, there was a bottle of wine and a gorgeous charcuterie board waiting for us — such an amazing surprise! The place is cozy, full of charm, and the staff is incredibly responsive via text,and attentive. Jan is amazing manager who is very friendly and sweet. Every detail made our stay feel special. Honestly, it was unforgettable, and we can’t wait to come back. Harvey House is absolutely the place to be in Idyllwild!
