- James (8/5): - When we first arrived into the apartment it had a smell of fish. From there we noticed it didn't have a toaster oven and then we did see that the microwave did not work but they replaced it immediately Within 2 hours. The next morning we did realize that the coffee maker didn't work properly. They do have a lot of walkable coffee shops as well as restaurants in the area. It is comforting knowing that it is a gated community that when it is dark you have to go through security. Overall experience fantastic Four and a half stars out of five would return 100%

- Charmon (10/5): - The outside sitting area needed maintenance cleaning. Weeds very prominent. Indoors excellent. Clean towels. I loved the availability of soaps, lotions, and shampoos. When taking showers, must allow moments for water to warm up. thank you.

- christian (8/5): - This place was great. I’ve stayed in several locations in Ocean Park, and they have all been unique in their own way. The location I had exceeded my expectations… clean, organized, and sufficient. Few takes away; good hot water but, pressure for the shower was very weak. Also, there is no full length mirror to look in. There are tons of beautiful windows, but no natural light. Exchange the curtains for transparent vinyl. Provides that privacy while still providing great natural light. Oh and there were little bugs everywhere… even on my bed. Overall, not th
