Beautiful sunrise at the beach is a must. Great lanai to visit with friends or just relax. Very friendly animals. Property arranged transport for my late arrival. Very seemless entry with great communication!

- Maureen (8/5): - I booked for Tia Kautai Studio but got told at check-in the unit we booked had a tenant occupyinh for another week. It wasn't available for us and even staff don't understand how that happened. We just needed a place to crash for the day before departure flight. Still happy they managed to find us a subsitute @ Kikii Inn suites which is reasonably clean and fits our family needs. We had a restful time before the night flights. Thanks
