All of staff we encountered were very friendly and happy to help. Check-out was a breeze. Beautiful hotel with space theme. Would definitely stay again next time we are in Port Canaveral.

- robert (8/5): - Hotel was very nice , My only complaint was the barn style bathroom door not needed, and the coffee machine they supply cups that are to.small and that will overflow and make a mess and you could burn yourself. Other than that great stay.
- Raul (6/5): - The staff did it upsell the hotel at all. When we went to check in, they didn’t tell us that the lobby had coffee. They didn’t tell us the hotel had a pool in the back. All they told us was the adjoining restaurant attached to the hotel. They didn’t mention the gym at the hotel absolutely nothing. They just told us our room number with the key card and that is all.

It took forever for the elevator to get to our floor, which took us longer to leave the floor. We were then late to check out and received hostility. Amenities could be better, such as offering breakfast. The only food available was a restaurant that was rather pricey. But, it suited the needs for 2 nights before a cruise.

Paying $15 for parking was a little unexpected, if we were needing to stay for more than one night i would probably look at other properties.

My biggest gripe is that the nightly rate is increased on cruise passengers and is much lower between cruise departures. We probably will stay at the airport area next time then uber to the ship.

- Brad (6/5): - We arrived ant 10:00 am after getting off from a cruise knowing our room wouldn’t be available until 3;00 pm. Some hotels will charge a fee and allow early check-in. The front desk didn’t have that option available. I asked when our room (suite) might be available they said they would let house keeping know that we were waiting and would call us as soon as it was cleaned. I tipped her for her help with hope that she would put some effort to accommodate our situation. I received her call at 3:30 pm that our room was ready. I guess the hospitality industry has lost it and just expects it. Too bad, there are lots of other hotels in Cape Canaveral.
- Richard (6/5): - It seems that it was just opened recently and there were bugs that needed to be worked out. One elevator wasnt working, no towels in room, or coffee amenities. Staff was friendly and happy to help and we got a great view of a Space X rocket launch from out room. I am sure in a fre months it wall be much better

- Wendy (10/5): - We stay the night before our cruise. We were impressed with the service at check in. Very helpful and courteous. We dine in the restaurant which we were disappointed. The portions of the food were very little. I had the carnitas bowl and there was hardly any carnitas but a lot of rice to make it look like there was aclot in the plate when it was not.
