The spacious bathrooms felt like a luxury spa, and the huge bed with its quality mattress gave us some of the best nights of sleep we’ve had while traveling. Every detail has clearly been thought out for both comfort and style. The management team was equally impressive—professional, responsive, and timely in all their communications, which made the entire experience seamless from start to finish. People probably are avoiding booking it because there aren’t a lot of reviews that’s simply because it’s brand new and it definitely looks and feels that way. It was so clean and it was perfect location and space for my family. I absolutely will only stay here going forward when I am visiting Santa Barbara. Easy check-in, great amenities, perfect location and amazing communication from the staff.

- Young (10/5): - I was hesitant to book them at first since there was no reviews. But it’s because they’re a new property. Everything about our stay was great including amenities, cleanliness, and location. It was only 5-10 min walking to downtown and there are lots of great shops and restaurants nearby so we didnt even drive for the 2 days while we stayed. The only problem was i booked for a unit with 2 br 2 ba initially but i was double booked with another person so the manager offered me 2 separate units right next to each other. They also promised me an induction cooktop since these units didnt have a full kitchen like the other one…but it wasnt in our unit when we arrived so we called them and they ended up delivering it a few hours later. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay and i really appreciated the prompt response from the manager.
