- Michael (2/5): - Sem dúvida as fotos da pousada são editadas e passam a ideia de que o lugar seria de alto padrão, o valor que pagamos pela diária era condizente a categoria “A” a qual nós colocamos inclusive no filtro de pesquisa! O serviço e a estrutura oferecida é bem simples, de padrão inequivocamente bem inferior ao que nos propomos a contratar! Não nos foi oferecido serviço de quarto, tudo ficava cheio de areia! Tivemos que solicitar troca das toalhas pois estavam manchadas, sem condição de uso! A lixeira do banheiro não abria, não havia sabonete nenhum, precisamos solicitar no dia seguinte! Havia cachorros por todo lado, inclusive no ambiente de café da manhã, cachorros deitados que pedem comida aos hóspedes. As roupas que coloquei no varal oferecido mancharam com ferrugem. Considerando que nosso filtro de pesquisa foi por categoria, por pontuação e que pagamos um valor altíssimo, e nada disso corresponde com a realidade, pois o serviço e a estrutura é infinitamente inferior, além de muito decepcionados, nós nos sentimos enganados e lesados.
