- Steen (4/5): Never again. They should give full refund - Terrible company and terrible communication. I tried to get early check in and late check out, but they were not able to confirm anything in the very last moment. They dont care that guests are planning their time, the this company the customer is not imporant only thselves. On the day of arrival i received the code to the keybox on the door to the apartment, but the code to the main entrance arrived almost 2 hours after check in, I asked several times on the whatsapp channel - which is the only way to communicate with them, they didnt even answer…!!! Very bad!
In the apartment there was no toilet paper, I asked where I could find it - again no answer… the next day they told that I should go buy it myself… very bad! There is a balcony, but no forniture there, so you can sit in the floor… bad! The tv in the bedroom was removed, and the tv in the living room had no channels, I asked to be guided how to find the channels… AGAIN no response… I have never experienced any worse communication than this, and I travel 120 days per year for the past 12 years. But this bad service beats anything, not even a cheap 2 star hotel in India is this bad… Sorry to say, but I hope that Expedia will take immediate action against this company, because it is really LOUSY service/communication
