Guest Reviews
- Jenifer (6/5): - It was clean , bed quite comfortable. Only thing was that the bathroom didn’t have any electric plug ins and no other mirrors in room. Hard for a woman to fix her hair. It’s a good place for hunters to stay, good price and guys don’t care about batheoom plugs and mirrors.
- Joel (10/5): - It was good
- Henry (8/5): - An older but well-kept "motor court" as they used to be called. Owner or manager was very nice, small rooms all have a nice refrigerator and freeze, microwave, and lots os outlets. Bathroom was immaculate but older. Everything worked. Comfortable and priced right. Would stay again.
- Owen (10/5): - Great little Motel. Is slightly dated but clean, quiet and close to down town, restaurants and close to a theatre. Beds were comfy and staff went above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. Would stay again.
- Veronica (10/5): - Clean and quiet
- Sean (6/5): - Was nice
- Robert (10/5): Very reasonable place to stay - The motel is dated, but in the process of being renovated. The room was clean, and had all the comforts. It was a GREAT value.
- Tracy (10/5): - Basic simply wonderful.
- Tracy (10/5): - Loved it!
- Robert (8/5): - Everything was fine
- Rodger (8/5): - Clean, inexpensive, great location for traveling to Glacier.
- Suzanne (10/5): - It's showing its age and it's definitely not fancy, but I wouldn't hesitate to book another stay because the place was clean, the price was right, and I felt safe there. I'm in my mid-70's, so these variables far outweigh luxury.
- Harold (10/5): - Room quite attractive and clean. Though some parts old and past their prime.
- Lori (4/5): - The check in was ok, but the room smells like an animal pissed everywhere. Personally I would never recommend this place
- Thomas (10/5): Nice Place - Spent 2 nights here. A very pleasant stay. Check-in was a breeze. Room was clean and spacious. Good WiFi. I definitely would stay at Big Sky Hotel again.
- Rita (2/5): - Think Bates Motel if you are thinking about staying here. The only thing convenient was it was close to who we were visiting. When you walk in the motel room the tv and wall pictures were all crooked, the drawers in the dresser were hanging in the dresser all crooked, toilet paper sitting on the floor in the bathroom, the molding in the bathroom was just hanging there. Not only was the bed uncomfortable and sagging in the middle, one of the corners of the bed was broke and held up by a book instead of being fixed or replaced. This place is in bad need of repair and updating, the only thing good about the room is it was fairly clean and the woman checking us in was nice. Prices should be way lower.
- Russell (8/5): - Clean room and a comfortable bed.
- William (8/5): - This is a quaint traditional motor lodge. One-story row of rooms where you park in front of your room. The rooms are basic, nothing fancy but everything works. We used this room to access Glacier National Park from the eastern side/St Mary's entrance that does not require a timed vehicle reservation. NOTE: Once in the park from St Marys you can exit at the west side of the park at any time. Like I said, this is a traditional motor lodge- I saw a buzzer on the ceiling that I suppose was used back in the day to buzz the occupant so they could take a phone call in the office??? Small bathroom- just come with the expectation that you are getting a good deal and you get what you pay for. Some more finicky travelers will no doubt complain about the appearance and other minor inconveniences and that is their right to freedom of expression guaranteed in the Constitution. The woman in the office was pleasant and helpful. This place is not the Hilton, but it is also not the room from Hell. If back in the area we will use it again.
