Unfortunately, the rooftop bar and pool weren’t open during our stay, which was a bit disappointing, I don’t think the pools construction was fully complete yet. That said, I’d definitely stay again, especially once the pool is up and running. The location is fantastic, and the staff are incredibly helpful

Requested to see the Manager when I discovered bed bugs on the bed but Manager took 2 days to reach out. I had to check out and left the other days for them without a refund. Please do not go to this hotel, no closet you have to keep your stuffs on the floor and hang your clothes on top of the washroom sink with few hangers like an homeless person.

La ubicación es perfecta, en pleno Poblado, cerca de restaurantes, cafés y sitios para disfrutar la ciudad. El hotel es moderno, bien decorado y todo se siente nuevo y cómodo. La habitación muy limpia, con una cama súper cómoda y un balcón hermoso. El personal fue muy amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar, me hicieron sentir bien recibido desde la llegada. El ambiente del hotel es acogedor y seguro, ideal tanto para descansar como para salir a caminar por la zona. Sin duda lo recomiendo y volvería sin pensarlo. Una de las mejores opciones para hospedarse en Medellín.

I asked to speak to the property manager and the front desk gave me his office hours and said I could go to his office during that time. Absolutely unprofessional. The front of the hotel is to be avoided at night after 8:00pm. Also all the bars and restaurants around the building have loud thumping music blaring all night. I do NOT recommend staying here.

Las habitaciones son demasiado pequeñas y la propiedad está en construcción, por lo que solo se puede utilizar la mitad de las instalaciones. No cuentan con teléfonos en las habitaciones ni carteles de ‘No molestar’. El servicio al cliente deja mucho que desear. La comida del restaurante (que dicen no pertenece al hotel) no es buena y además es bastante cara. El internet prácticamente no funciona. Considero que tienen mucho por mejorar antes de poder recomendar este lugar.

- Cindy (2/5): - This property has been the worst experience in a hotel so far. We arrived and our room was not ready. Check in was meant to be at 3pm, we waited until 6pm. Then we found out it was under construction and literally had to step over ladders, paints, dust, smell or chemicals and the worst part- the construction workers that made horribly disgusting comments every time we walked by. Once one elevator was working and made things super uncomfortable as we had to wait and take all the disgusting comments from the world as we waited. Also, we asked them to not come in for room service and we would let them know if we needed anything (as we didn’t trust)… despite this, on our first morning workers CAME INTO OUR ROOM WHILE WE WERE STILL SLEEPING. Then again after telling them how unhappy we were with that situation and reconfirmed NO ONE COME IN TO OUR ROOM. They still came in around 4pm, after messaging me and me again telling them NO. And they didn’t come in to clean- NOTHING WAS CLEANED, or cups/towels changed….what was the desire and need to come into our room? I DO NOT RECOMMEND this hotel for anyone and in fact will be requesting some sort of refund because it was NOTHING as it being marketed or presented on sites like Expedia.

- Satveer (6/5): New hotel, rooms not practical, very noisy - Hotel is right in the center of all the bars and restaurant in El Poblado which js both good and bad. Its super convenient however extremely noisy at night. If you're not into partying this might not be the right hotel. You can hear the music until 4am. I'd suggest booking a hotel not so close to calle 10 cr 37-40. Room was very small. Luckily inwas solo. Not sure how youd manage 2 ppl in there. No space to open suitcase or hang clothes. Bathroom & shower don't have a seperate light so can be a bit dark. Lighting in room was generally not great. Nice new hotel but not very practical.

Since it’s a new location, I understand there may still be some things being worked out. The staff did take a bit of time to bring us toilet paper, so it would’ve been helpful to have an extra roll available in the room just in case. I also think adding a toiletry holder in the bathroom would be a great improvement. Overall, though, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back!

- Lisandra (10/5): Estancia cómoda con atención excepcional - Mi estadía en el Hotel Calle Flora fue excelente gracias al personal amable y profesional. Especialmente Angélica y Andrés, jefe de recepción, quienes siempre estuvieron muy atentos y dispuestos a ayudar mucho más de lo esperado, y a la mucama por su impecable limpieza y honestidad, lo que me dio total tranquilidad. La habitación fue acogedora y bien decorada, con una cama sumamente cómoda que garantizó un descanso perfecto; el balcón aportaba la extensión que le hacía falta y el diseño de pétalos es sencillamente hermoso. Excelente ubicación, en pleno Poblado y frente al Parque Lleras, con gran oferta de restaurantes, cafés y vida nocturna, pero aún así con la tranquilidad suficiente para descansar. Sugiero mejorar la estabilidad de la temperatura en la ducha específicamente en mi habitación, en otras no sucedía. El WiFi fue intermitente solo en la noche y en dos días de siete, pero el inconveniente se resolvió. Sin duda, volvería.

Da esa manera les cuento aunque todavía estaban en toques finales la noche que llegamos, todo estuvo bastante bien. El único detalle fue muy leve con salida de agua del área de la ducha.
