Guest Reviews
- Ronald (4/5): - Room for okay for the price I called the hotel to frien find out if the pool and hot tub was working and the person I talk to said that it was working I decided on that hotel for the pool after check in and I see that there was no pool in hot tub I called the front desk to ask and the guy was rude
- Patricia (2/5): - The price was right for the stay, but if I wasn’t, just going in sleeping and leaving, I never would have stayed in that dirt pit. The man up front was really nice, the bathroom was filthy, as was the rest of the room, but the price was cheap!
- marya (4/5): - Photos on booking site are years old. They do not reflect the current condition of the property.
- Nancy (2/5): - We never stayed here ( although i think my credit card was charged) when we got there, NO ONE came to the front desk, place looked desserted, it appeared to be a Travel Lodge under renovation. Going to be a Stage Couch Inn???? I am so dicussted and tried to contact the motel, to explain to them NO ONE was on the premises to help us!
- Diana (2/5): Malísimo - Lo peor hotel que visto no me quise quedar por el olor que tenía y nada de limpieza me fui a otro hotel al ver las habitaciones
- John (6/5): - Room was fine, one towel had what appeared to be long black hair strands, could have happened during the folding of the towel, was a clean towel.
- Brittany (4/5): - You get what you pay for! True, its hard to beat $55 a night.... but its at a cost. First, there is no pool access, they didnt open it this year. The hot tub hasnt been operational for 3 years. Theres literally old mattresses in the courtyard and parking lot. The outside trashes dont seem to be taken out and over flow. The bed sounded like it would have collapsed at any moment. The other lodgers are what would expect....totally questionable and loud drunks (and swingers...?) Unless you are in a dire situation, just pay the extra $50-$75 to stay anywhere else.
- Jeremy (2/5): I can’t give a negative star review so this is it. - Place is trash. I had to almost kick the door open to get in. Dead bugs all over the floor. Cob webs in all the corners and black spots all over the bathroom ceiling. Outside wasn’t any better. The pool was almost a crime scene.
- Teresa (2/5): - Property was filthy and there were bugs. We didn't sleep there
- Angela (2/5): - It's next to a truck stop. Staff is very rude. Didn't make me feel welcomed at all. I left in the early morning.
- Brandon (10/5): - Everything was really well maintained
- Pablo (4/5): - Place need better management, it was hard to find the clerks and the room was dirty.
- Abbey (2/5): Gross - Terrible. It smelled like garbage. It was hot as hell in room. Smelled like mold and just gross. Within 5 minutes of entering the room, I saw a cockroach in the floor. We removed the blankets of the bed to find clearly dirty sheets as there were crumbs and dirt and over. Just a disgusting experience
- Kathy (2/5): Not recommending - Check in was fine, Lobby appeared clean. Room was dirty, sink top filthy and toilet looked like it had not been cleaned for months. Ground covered with trash. Mattress laying next to pool entrance and pool was green on the bottem. Did not try breakfast, cereal and bread with luck warm. coffee at 6:20. Dumpsters iverflowing on ground. Non refundable after booking online
- LANA (2/5): DO NOT Stay here. Crack house. - This hotel looked great online showing nice pool/hot tub. It’s located between a truck stop and McDonald’s. It’s actually a Travel lodge (worse than Motel 6!). Driving up the 2 dumpsters were overflowing with white garbage bags & mattresses piled up! Checking in, was told there wasn’t a hot tub! When checking room, it smelled so bad! Everything was filthy. Bed had a big dip in in, like a very cheap worn mattress. Peaked under bed and saw lots of junk and indescribable garbage! Sheets were stained and pilllows so small with lumps. Bathroom was just as gross. A few rooms down, there was a fiesta going on overflowing with people outside. We immediately went back to front desk and returned room cards and checked into a Hampton Inn down the street. Charges were not refundable. Lost my hotel.com credit too.
- Gary (4/5): - The pictures on the website are very old. The pool area is terrible. Nobody should ever go n there. The parking lot is a mess and looks very unsafe. I would never stay here again. This may be the worst hotel property I have ever seen. The pictures on the website are 100% false advertising. I should get a full refund for this dump. The key card holders have been used multiple times with the old numbers crossed off. Someone from Expedia needs to contact me and explain how this property is still open. There are no words for how bad this place is. Do not stay here!!!
- pete (2/5): - Check in was a mess. Couldn't find our reservation through travelocity. Later find out I was charged a no-show room charge even though I actually stayed there. The motel said they couldn't handle it and I needed to call the parent company, but couldn't connect me or give me a phone number.
Condition of the property was poor.
The free continental breakfast was cereal and bread. Only milk or coffee to drink.
- pete (2/5): - Complete mess with the check in. Couldn't find the reservation with travelocity. Charged me a separate no show fee even after staying there (still battling that one)
Continental breakfast was cereal or toast. No juices.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Disappointing - Front desk staff appeared to be working alone. Was very polite and responsive and helpful when we asked for some items. Room was okay, but carpets need a good shampooing or at least vacuuming!
- Sara (2/5): - Unfort
- michael (2/5): - There was blood drops on the floor and a couple walls, what appeared to be crap on the floor and smeared on the bathroom wall. It looked like they just gave us new towels and made the beds without changing the bedding. It was very dirty and gross. When we told the guy at the front desk, it seemed like he really didn't care and just wanted me to get out of his face and stop complaining. The pool and hot tub didn't have water and half of the hotel looked like a rundown tweaker motel. There was sketchy traffic of people walking all over the place all night. We did not enjoy our stay...
- Jim (4/5): - I had stayed at this property several times before. It was a bustling, popular and well-run hotel. My last visit was 6 years ago. Since then this place has really gone down hill. What a dump! It obviously has changed ownership (probably foreign) and the current owners clearly have no interest in maintaining the property. The windows in my room were filthy, the toilet had disgusting looking stains, the AC vents were covered with dust, and there was mold in the shower. It was obvious that the room hadn't had a thorough cleaning in a very long time. Now I know why the room was relatively cheap. I just hope I didn't catch a disease from this place.
- Rebeka (8/5): - Pool not working!
