Guest Reviews
- Sudipta (8/5): - safe neighborhood close to the State Park. well maintained property. Feel like home
- Nikhil (10/5): - Sedona Pines is a very comfortable stay in the desert. It scores high remarks for charm as a series of small homes in a cul-de-sac. The rooms are spacious and there is ample space to pack your gear or sit around and enjoy old-timey digs. One thing to keep in mind however is that the complex is secluded off the highway. Definitely a stronger option if you’ve rented a car.
- Aide (10/5): - Quiet property with get amenities
- Brian (10/5): - Staff was great. We had several things that needed attention in the room, which were taken care of quickly.
- Rochell (8/5): - Very clean room,quiet area
- Linda (2/5): - When I initially got there. For check in this grown adult man ran into the office and locked the door refused to check me and another lady in. We were both solo travelers. There is no coming back from that. The male staff sucked. I would NEVERRRR stay here again because of that alone.
- Michael (10/5): - Nice and family friendly place
- Elizabeth (6/5): - The tiny home was cute & had nice furnishings. Kitchen had a nice set-up. They leave out regular & decaf coffee, sugar & alternatives but no shelf stable creamer.
The room itself obviously had some previous water damage in kitchen & the bathroom. The cabinet veneer was splitting and peeling up. The drywall near the baseboards was soft looking and crumbling. The pocket door to bedroom was off-track and wouldn’t close properly. The bedroom window apparently was stuck in the open position before we knew it. Maintenance and housekeeping were responsive and timely. The resort is sweet, pools looked nicely kept and the grounds were manicured. We were shocked that the on-site Italian Restaurant was very good!
- Io Weng (10/5): - Clean room, very well-equipped kitchen. Nice and quiet environment. We had a pleasant stay.
- Robert (10/5): - We had a great 5 night stay at Sedona Pines - check in way quick and easy, the “villa” was perfect for us and the property was great - heated pool, hot tubs and laundry. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.
- Ying (2/5): - bad experience, front desk reception TINA, she's not perfetional and bad attitude, check in use fifteen minute at least and then she told us the room Is not available, can you believe that? My husband and i booked 7 hotels or resorts for this trip but no one takes 15 minutes to check in.
- Robert (8/5): - Very nice stay. Units are small and our 2br was two units (one with lr/kitchen). But inspite of the size, we enjoyed the stay.
- Wasim (10/5): - Park in front clean safe and quiet highly recommend
- Fiona (8/5): - Very nice! Everything clean. Seems very thorough
- sylvia (10/5): - Liked the layout of individual units w/own patio & parking. Property was very well kept & the all adult hot tub was clean & spacious and just what wanted. The property is as pictured & price was great. We stayed here one night as a quick stop.
- Daniela (6/5): - Las camas muy incómodas, el lugar un poco viejo y descuidado, daba la impresión de estar sucio.
- Steven (6/5): - Bathroom door broken couldn’t close the door. Tub not in good condition.
- Heather (6/5): - Be forewarned that when you check in, before they will give you your parking pass, they will offer you tours and activities at greatly reduced prices. All you have to do is attend a "90 minute" sales presentation for their timeshare. Actually it is described as 120 minutes on the agreement you sign. And when you show up, they tell you it's a minimum of 120 minutes. Then, after you are there for 2 hours, and you make it clear you are not interested, you get passed to another salesperson, who then passes you to another salesperson when you are still not interested. We were finally shuttled out of a side door, with vouchers for the tours we had purchased. And the tours were not great - we probably would have chosen differently, had we planned ahead. Wiser fools, us.
All that said, the unit was very nice and we did enjoy our stay. It just left a sour taste in our mouths.
- Andrew (10/5): - Amenities were excellent.
- Douglas (10/5): - We loved our stay here. It’s nice not to share walls or have anyone above you. Much more quiet. The blender, microwave, freezer and fridge were super handy. Comes with paper towels and dish soap and sponge too. Also the location was great. About 5-10 minutes from downtown Sedona but avoids all the traffic you get at the turnarounds on 89 heading to oak creek. We never had traffic getting to/from our hotel so it made it easy to stop into our hotel mid day for changing and cleaning up. Close to some of the best hikes off of dry creek too. Great price for the value. We would definitely stay here again.
- Barbara (10/5): - Great place!
- Rebecca (10/5): Two Bedroom - Excellent! - Happily Surprised, and recommend! Our group was a "Girls Getaway" weekend, with four women. We loved having the double room which is a tiny home fully loaded/sotcked plus patio connected second room in another tiny home! Kitchen, dishwasher, coffee maker plus coffee, normal size fridge, toaster, dishwasher, blender, and all the utensils one needs! Having the private patio connecting to the second tiny home where the second bedroom/bathroom was wonderful for morning coffee and late night visits! The second bedroom has it's own fridge, microwave, table, etc. plus having two nice size bathrooms was great! If ever to Sedona again, will absolutely book!
- Ludwin (10/5): - Beautifull
- Alfonso (10/5): - Clean unit
- Rolando (10/5): - Yes personal parking spot in front of cabin,
- andrea (8/5): - It was a nice quiet place just outside the city limits of Sedona. Enjoyed the quiet.
- Lillia (10/5): Literally the most perfect hotel I’ve ever seen - My boyfriend and I had such a wonderful experience here and I seriously could not recommend this place more. Even though we were the youngest people staying there we were still treated with respect by the staff and by other visitors. The atmosphere was just so welcoming and vibrant and the room itself matched that energy exactly. The kitchen comes fully stocked with tons of cooking supplies, multiple ice trays, pots and pans, salt and pepper, and silverware/plates/cups. The rooms are cozy and inviting, they have so many windows and so much natural light, the bed was insanely comfortable and the shower was easy to use and very clean (as was the rest of the room!!!). I love how this resort price matches with other online booking sites and that helped me get a really really good deal on one of their 2 bedroom rooms. Oh and I haven’t even mentioned the property itself! There’s a massive pool, a full gym open 24/7, an activity center where some event is held each night around dinner, a gorgeous (though a bit expensive) italian resturaunt, a spa/lagoon, little fountains and streams and beautiful views from all angles. I will seriously never stop thinking about this resort. 10/10 experience through and through!!!! Bonus picture of a sweet little cat we saw on our neighbors porch!
- Cathlene (6/5): - Rude customer service upon arrival. Unit decoration and maintenance are worn out. Sofa bed horribly uncomfortable.
- Karina (10/5): - Modernize the features (i.e. fans were old and wiggly)
- Cheryl (10/5): - We only stayed one night. Next time we will stay much longer. Price was reasonable. Property was amazing. Loved that after we got there we didn’t have to leave the property because there was so much to do. We enjoyed the miniature golf, ping ping, pool and adult hot tub !! We ordered door dash pizza but there was an Italian restaurant on the property. Great stay !!
- Horst (10/5): - Very nice accommodation, nice little flat with fully equipped kitchen.
- Tiffany (10/5): - Spacious clean property
- Dianne (10/5): - Clean room, great staff, laundry facilities, comfortable beds
- Rebecca (10/5): - The cabin was great, clean and comfortable.
- Samantha (10/5): - Awesome stay
- Joey (8/5): Cold showers - The shower didn’t get hot enough.
- Mikael (10/5): - Enjoyable stay. Only real negative is the sofa and bed being on their absolute last legs. Perhaps an elephant had just lodged there? Who can say. Need switching.
- Sudip (8/5): - It was everything we wanted in a hotel, our own apartment-like space. One issue was the proximity to central tourist attraction and the other was lack of blackout curtains. My toddler was unable to nap in the afternoon due to open windows and blasting sun.
- Keith (10/5): - Thank you for allowing me to relax!
- Stanley (10/5): - I have stayed here before. The cottage was quiet , clean, had everything you could possibly need. It’s like a small house. Staff was pleasant and helpful. I was only staying 2 nights. Not far from town. It sets in a wooded area. You can feel the energy from the red rocks . Has a little deck with table and chairs. Swimming pools near by as well. Several small fountains around the property. It’s a nice quiet gotta way! I have friends in the area. They loved the place when they stopped by. I will stay there again if I have the opportunity to visit Sedona again.
- Jeremy (10/5): - The stay was pleasant , quiet , the shower had a hard time keeping hot water for a long time period and they had a weird time share selling experience or something that they do when you attempt to get your mandatory parking pass but that didn’t completely ruin the stay
- Sook (10/5): - Very clean,quiet and beautiful place
- Audrey (10/5): - The staff were very friendly and help. The little house is outdated but really clean and in good condition.
- Linda (10/5): - Great pool, great 2 bedroom arrangement, charming
- Veronika (10/5): - Gute Infrastuktur mit Laundry und Pools. Gut ausgestattete Küche
- Hayley (10/5): Super cute - Great place to stay. The places are cute, clean, and quiet. Not too far from center of town. Pool and hot tub were nice and they also have another hot tub that is 21 and over that you can bring alcohol to.
- AnnaMarie (8/5): - It was a beautiful stay, 3. days 2 nights but the 2nd day we were gone for the day and came back to our cabin at 88 degrees, apparently the ac went out but they were prompt and got us another room asap! Beautiful property!
- Wendy (8/5): Bait and switch? - Overall, we enjoyed our one night at Sedona Pines. Check in went smoothly until the agent said I needed to wait for a parking pass. I thought this was odd, as I had just provided her with information on my vehicle. There was also another guest waiting for a pass. I then asked who would be giving me the parking pass, and she pointed to a sales representative who was mid-presentation trying to sell a timeshare to yet another guest, and said the sales rep would be providing it. I asked if I could go ahead and go to my room, as I really didn’t want to wait for an extended time for a “parking pass” that was obviously a thinly disguised ploy to get guests to sit down with a sales rep. We enjoyed our bungalow. It was clean, comfortable and well equipped. We enjoyed sitting on the porch in the evening and playing cards. Would stay here again.
