- Sian (10/5): - Bed so comfortable didn’t want to get out of it. Staff amazing food great. Would definitely stay again. Although I put isolated you did need transport although there was a bus stop outside.

- george (2/5): Doesn't answer calls, or even call back - On the booking ww received an email saying check in from 3.00. we got there around 10 in the evening and there was so sign of people living there and pitch around the property except the car park... we kept calling the property from 5 in the afternoon to ask them about the latest check in time... but there were no answer.. what kind of ancient hotel is it??? There were no courtesy of calling back we left voice message somany times.... its not considered as a legitimate business... we then had to book another hotel @ cardiff costing another £99 ....... unacceptable and unbelievable...

- Summer (10/5): Great stay - This hotel was really easy to get to and only a 15 minute walk to the train station that can take you straight into Cardiff. All the staff were welcoming and lovely and the room was clean and the bed was comfy.
- Phill (4/5): Wouldn't stay again - Absolutely awful. Massively overpriced. Not even a single sachet of coffee in my attic room. I stayed on a Monday and the whole place was filled with drunken idiots. This is a pub... definitely not a hotel
- Sophie (6/5): - This hotel is ok but pretty basic overall. Although clean, the room felt very tired. Staff aren’t really on hand late at night or in the morning. It was good value.
