Guest Reviews
- Renee (10/5): - Stayed here with my husband on a mini road trip. Perfect self contained unit. Quiet surroundings, clean and safe.
- Debra (10/5): - I would add more towels when there are 4 guests. It would be nice to have TV's in the bedrooms. But all-in-all it was a safe and quiet place to stay given the condition of the mobile homes that surround the area. I would not hesitate to stay there again. Awesome pricing to split for couples and plenty of room to move around. One bedroom is smaller than the other and would be nice if there were hooks on the wall to hang items.
- Andrew (10/5): - Cottage must be near brand new, or completely renovated. Everything was pristine. They are in an RV park with a number of permanent or semi permanent mobile homes and campers, but the park is quiet and well organized and maintained. There's nothing much in the immediate area, but plenty within a few minutes drive. Very good value. The cottages themselves are very functional and surprisingly spacious inside.
- Jaime (10/5): - New Tiny home. Great stay
- Sarah (10/5): - Lovely budget accommodation. All looks brand new. Lovely quality bedding. Nice and clean. All new exterior.
Only negative for me was the digital check in. This has been a common theme on my visit to Florida. An extra layer of digital annoyingness.
I don’t have a USA mobile phone. I’m a tourist and this makes check in very complicated. Had to pull over and sit on the roadside for 30 mins to try to get the door code.
I much prefer places that use the booking platform to send key code etc.
- Becky (10/5): - Everything was perfect!
- Bethany (10/5): - The place is just as pictured. New, clean, easy to find. The beds were comfortable, the area was quiet, grills & picnic tables outside. The price with worth it. We stayed here while in town for kayaking with the bioluminescence and it was perfect. I would recommend bringing your own frying pan, but everything else was great.
- Lisbet (10/5): - I love it ,clean ,Cosy
- KENNETH (10/5): - Very comfortable, easy access to cabins and staff very responsive.
I'll be back
- Tina (10/5): - This was such a cute place to stay, the cabin was decorated so cute, it felt so homy and cozy. This place was spotless. The only diwnside is some of the trailers or campers near it are a disaster. I did however feel safe, and never experienced anything out of line. The name of the place did lead me to believe it was closer to the water than what it actually was but that was not a hang up for me. The only major disappointment was that i wasnt staying longer because it really was a very cute, inviting, comfortable place. Will stay here again.
- William (6/5): - Didn't like the extra fees that expedia charged us. During the booking i had no idea expedia was involved. Not happy with them. Thought i was dealing with the resort and their prices.
- Erica (10/5): So fresh and so clean, clean😄 - These are so adorable! There are about 8 cabins with built in grills, and a little table and chairs at each. Inside was sparkling clean! Body wash, shampoo, conditioner all in dispensers in the shower. Shower head and water pressure were decent. These cabins are in a trailer park, but it's right at the entrance. Very quiet and I felt safe. My only 2 minor complaints are that my daughter said the small bedroom got very warm, and the couch wasn't super comfy. My daughter sleeps with the door closed and when she opened it, I could feel the heat coming from the room. She said that during the night it did cool down. The rest of the cabin was nice and cool. The couch is a pull out so there's not much that can be done with that. My cabin looked exactly like the pictures on the website. 100% would stay there again!
- migel (10/5): - Everything was great
- D (10/5): - I love staying at tiny houses & this one was spot on! Everything was perfect! The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed for cooking light meals (but we had fun eating our dinners at local restaurants), and the community had new outside grills & picnic tables.
Very comfortable arrangements, the host provided lots of nice touches (shampoo/soap dispensers, coffee/tea, and modern plug-ins by your bed, etc)
I plan to return soon!
- Edgar (10/5): - Really nice
- Margaret (6/5): Trailer Park - The trailer itself was brand new and everything was perfect. With the exception of no blackout curtains in the bedroom. For early risers and afternoon nappers such as me, it was a rough time, I should have brought my sleeping mask.
The trailer park where the cabin/ trailer is located (a small section of the park was cleared and updated to accommodate the cabin/trailer) is just that a trailer park. The neighborhood and tenants, were right out of central casting.
These accommodations anywhere else, would have gotten a 5 ☆
- Christian (10/5): Picturesque cabin retreat - Absolutely amazing property, the cabin was clean, quaint, and just perfect. Exceeded any expectations me and my fiancé had. The staff was quick and responsive to a minor issue with our door code and blinds and resolved them right away.
The place was picturesque and exactly what we needed for a weekend get away, we are looking forward to being able to stay longer in the future.
The induction stove and fridge were perfect for being able to make meals at the cabin instead of having to do take out.
10/10
- Nathaniel (10/5): - Phenomenal cabin, responsive staff, easy parking (for single cars).
My partner and I came down for our anniversary and were blown away. Clean cabin (with frigid AC!) and a parking spot right out front. Only hiccup was a software issue with our lock needing to be reset, but the on-site help, Steven (I believe), was able to get everything sorted out quickly.
Seriously considering this as our spot to stay for vacation!
- Judy (10/5): Worth the money - Very clean and very nice place. The location was great for why we were there. We plan to stay again next month
- marc (10/5): - Kids loved this cabin. Was like brand new and very well designed. Highly recommend
- Sarah (10/5): - The cabins are very new and are in pristine condition. They look exactly like the pictures provided. This was a great location to stay to visit Kennedy Space Center! Our little girl loved having her own tiny room- normally we stay in a traditional hotel room where she doesn’t get to have her own bed/space. We enjoyed being able to have snacks and bring a pizza back for dinner one night and to be able to sit at a full dining table together and have plates and utensils, etc. at our fingertips. Communication with the management company is easy via text/website provided. We got a very quick and super friendly/helpful response each time. There are no amenities whatsoever at the property to use (no pool, no workout room, no lobby/sitting area, etc.) but we were there for a quick weekend getaway and didn’t miss these things. If we had been staying for a longer period, we might have missed having a pool. There are some BBQ grills, picnic tables, and outside chairs provided by the cabin management company to use which are nice.
