- John (6/5): - The staff was fine but we didn’t have enough towels for three guest and it wasn’t a comfort that Rockford Illinois has high crime rate in the entire state so I recommend people check out information be aware of your surroundings. And there was no shampoo

They also demanded a deposit for which hotels.com does not mention on their site, I have copied the entire listing and all pages, no deposit required. Room was paid for, hotel cancels and keeps my $60 telling me I will get it back, but then stated they will not give it back.Blanant discrimination due to who we were. Was told we were lying about the deposit not being listed, that is why I copied the site.
