- Hong (2/5): - The room has only worn out and dirty furniture. The bathroom was inconvenient, there was no place to hang towels. Dirty and very old rigid towels. A/C fileter was full of dust. It was a really bad stay for us.

- Shakyra (6/5): - Needed something cheap in order to get through a business trip for LA Comic Con as a first-time LA visitor, and to say it was... different is an understatement. The air conditioning was a little infrequent and the parking was the most tiny, cluttered area I've ever been in. Like playing Tetris with your car. Amazed I didn't destroy the rental car at times. There was also excessive noise (usually yelling or banging) at all hours after dark, and cops came by at least once, which made it incredibly hard to sleep. However, the manager was also nice and informative when questions were asked, and the room was surprisingly very clean, which puts it up from a 2 to a solid 3.

- Kyle (2/5): - Was very unhappy with my stay. I got in late and when I was checking in there was another person complaining that she had cockroaches on the floor and needed a new room. When I walked into my room there were also bugs on the floor and smelled very bad. Nothing was clean and I did not even want to lay on the bed. Sheets were dirty and had no AC so it was very hot in the room. I immediately booked a different hotel for the next night and I would’ve left right away and got a new hotel if I didn’t get in so late.

Bed pillows were extremely small, bathroom door handle was not properly screwed in, couldn't watch tv without having to pay for stations or programs, furniture was old and dusty, refrigerator rocked when door was opened, bedroom light flickered, and hard to exit parking spaces to exit facility. Heard sirens frequently going up down main street.

- Dennis Vui Kong (6/5): - I stayed here for 2 nights. The room was smaller than what was shown in the pictures, but at least it had a nice A/C as it was really hot in the 2 days I was in LA. The floors are really dirty though, that's my biggest negative. But at least a working bathroom. It's not the best, but it works at least. Housekeeping was really good, as she provided me with extra towels, toliet paper and soaps. Check in and check out went smoothly. My other negative is that there's no restaurants nearby that's walking distance, so I had to order Uber Eats for a night. There is a convenience store at the Chevron gas station that's about an 8 min walk. Overall, it was ok. I felt comfortable and relaxed and it had good wi-fi as well.

Parking is extremely difficult and NOT GUARANTEED
