Guest Reviews
- Leon (2/5): - We was threat to call the police on cause we TRYED to check in
- Fuat (4/5): - There were some cockroaches in the room. There was not a blanket in the room, I asked for one, because the room was cold at night, but they said they didn’t have!
- Fabian (10/5): - Clean
- Elder (2/5): - No tiene privacidad, limieza y muchas cosas mas
- Donavalisha (6/5): - I didn't like that it being a shared bathroom wasn't listed but there were a clean sheets and a TV that worked in our room.
- Myrtho (10/5): - Everything was great 👍😃
- Ryan (2/5): - Don’t book this lol super sketchy and they weren’t even there for me to check in. Save yourself a sketchy trip and book a normal hotel fr.
- Patricia (2/5): - Ok
- Patricia (10/5): - Cleanroom nice restful
- Rony (8/5): - Nice
- Rony (10/5): - It's fine
- Madison (4/5): - Listen. You get what you pay for. Me and my boyfriend stayed there. No TV on the wall atleast in our room. Plastic on the bed, bedsheets kept falling off. AND to make it better the owner yelled at me! The parking situation isn’t great. I pulled all the way up in the driveway not knowing I can park on the side. Owner parked behind me and I had to leave. I did not know exactly where he was staying so I figured there was enough room to get around him needless to say there was not. I randomly knocked on the door and boom there’s the owner (I assume) and I asked him politely to move up his car. Instead of being polite back he decided to yell at me and tell me I could have parked in a different spot that I was not aware I could park. I told him stuff happens and he calmed down. The next day I park where I was told and instead of him parking NEXT TO ME he parks right infront of me! So I had to do a 3/4 point turn to get out. Very rude for a simple mistake. How are you 5’0 with a 6’5 attitude especially if you’re getting paid for me renting this ratty little room. The pictures look much better then what you actually get btw. So good luck everyone lol. I’ve never made a review before but I felt this one needed one.
- Cansu (2/5): - Even though I booked 4 nights, I only stayed for 1 night. I forgot to take pictures, I wish I had. The bed sheets were dirty. If you’re doing this business, you really need to pay attention to such things.
- Solange (4/5): - It should be made clear on hotel.com that this is a guest house and not a hotel! That implies shared bathroom and shower.
Property is located in a residential area with only one restaurant (from what I've seen) offering Haïtian food. There is a grocery store nearby (Présidente) and a convenience store/garage
Area is not well lit at night and could be scary for solo women travelling, there are men's gattering in the parking lot of the convenience store drinking
There was a plastic wrap on the mattress which, I believe caused the bed to be super warm even if the AC was on. Base also made noise whenever turning in the bed.
My room was located right in front of the entrance and I therefore got awake a few times by other roommate going in and out
Toilet was also an issue, at one point it blocked, I pumped as best as I could then call management who quickly sent someone. The same night I went to the bathroom in the middle of the night and found a big #2 not flushed...is it a toilet issue or user issue???
Electrical plug are hight on the wall and the light switch is not next to the bed head, making it hard to charge phone (cable too short can not go from plug to table much lower)
- Patricia (10/5): - Clean comfortable room
- EDGAR (6/5): - They offer something and then you got the opposite
- Patricia (10/5): - I rest real well thanks
- Michael (2/5): - Was not as described and did not look like the pictures. Also in a very unsafe area
- Brandon Keith (4/5): - The property was run down, unkempt, and appeared unsafe. The check in procedure was unclear. The area was threatening. If I was a woman I would be terrified to spend a night here. I decided against trying to stay here and paid for a Doubletree instead, after seeing the property. I stayed in my car for a few minutes deciding and then left. No apparent staff, no signage. This place is at best, not prepared to host guests.
