- Jennifer (8/5): - Clean recently remodeled room, staff was great. Building is still being renovated. Close to train station for Boston.
- Maceo (10/5): Comfortable - Comfortable
- Tabitha (2/5): - No one was around no one cleaned the room. You have no soap or towels.
- Brookes (4/5): - Very beat up and dirty
- Fernanda (10/5): - Room was clean ,happy with my stay
- Fabienne (6/5): - It’s was cool but just the tv were not working and outdated other than that everything was fine.
- Julio (2/5): - Nothing
- VERONICA (6/5): - With the hotel under renovations there are no extra services. When I checked in it was like a ghost town. The room was fine, clean but older.
- Amy (8/5): - Clean room
- Teresa (10/5): - It was very clean and service was excellent, but I also stayed during ovation time, but if I will stay again at this property yes, I would
- Curtney (2/5): - My stay was horrible. And it only lasted five minutes because that's how long it took for the roaches to come out.And onto the bed
- Alain (8/5): - Everything
- Hassan (4/5): - I was disappointed with my stay. The carpet in the room was sticky, which made the space feel unclean, and I also found a dead bug in the bathroom. These issues made it difficult to feel comfortable during my visit. I hope management takes steps to improve cleanliness.
- MARGARET P (10/5): - Although they are in the middle of renovations, our visit was very comfortable.
- Julio (8/5): - Very quieter
- Adao (10/5): - Nice place quite and peaceful
- Angelina (4/5): - Rooms need to be renovated. Carpet & couch in room had multiple stains. Not worth the price, wouldn’t recommend.
- JD (2/5): - The 3 day stay at this property was not a good experience. Really just wanted a room and a bed for sleep so I took a chance at this property because of the location. Woke up after the first night of sleep itching. Changed rooms and that did not help either. Construction is ongoing but that was not a factor. We have bites from bed bugs and the rooms are not clean. They have not been used/cleaned as you find dead bugs. Rooms are in disrepair and shouldn’t be occupied at all. Definitely not worth staying here at any price.
- Paul (10/5): - It w as convenient, clesn, affordable. Great pl as ce
- Rebecca (6/5): - It wasn't the best hotel ever, but it definitely wasn't the worst I've stayed at. They are currently under renovation, so it's obviously going to affect business. The staff I interacted with were kind, they just seemed tired and pulled in many directions. I did not see any bugs. My room and bed were clean, and that's all I could have asked for.
- jovani (2/5): - Only good thing there was a front seat attendant upon our arrival she was very helpful and helped us check in early . Over all our stay here was honestly the worst experience we have had in years. The condition of the property was a mess. We understand a section of the property was under construction, but none of the property was in good shape the view from our hotel window was a view of toilets that were removed from hotel rooms prior The night time desk staff he was not informative at all our room keys did not work during our stay We were given new room keys each time they did not work. We had an event that day and asked about entry back in at a later time in the night We were told that if we came back later in the night we would be fine and able to access entry to the hotel no problem . Upon arrival later in the night Our key card did not work at all back door or front or our room if it wasn’t for a perfect timing situation, we would’ve been locked out of the hotel indefinitely until the next morning . Just minutes before the front desk staff member left for the night we explained our key did not work he gave us new ones again… and still did not work . He was very rude to us and had a very unpleasant unprofessional response to helping us told us “if we dont like it we can get” blamed it on “internet problems” my advice to you is look elsewhere do not stay here. Terrible experience don’t recommend also room smelled like mold .
- Jennifer (2/5): - The staff is not prepared, rude, gave rooms away when promised, had no shampoo, hallway rugs completely soaked, outside has garbage evrrywhere, including old toilets and old matresses. Will never stay here again or recommend.
- Kelly (2/5): - The whole place looked broken down. No signs, nothing. We arrived at 3:30 for a 3 pm check in and waited until almost 4 to be let into a room because they “had none available”. I had this booked over a month ago. Not to mention drove 6 hours and they had no water to even offer while we all waited. They also had no first aid kit on site when we needed bandages overnight. There was also no soap or shampoo/conditioner. It was just a cheap mess.
- Francine (2/5): - Construction which was okay but they kept saying they told us ahead of time and can’t find any documentation on it . Then they point to a sign.said see construction
Though place isn’t bad for the money
- Menardine (2/5): - The staff was very nice! I must say that. But my stay was terrible. I checked in around 4:40pm and we went to our room. Around 8pm we saw a roach in our room. We went downstairs and told the front desk who was accommodating and changed our room. At that point all I wanted was a room change as it was late and did not want to look for another hotel. We accepted the room change and as soon as we walked into the next room there was another roach in the room again! At that point I contacted Expedia for a full refund and went downstairs to check out. Having to find another hotel at 10pm which cost us so much! It was just bad experience but I’m grateful for how the staff were nice.
- Karlene (8/5): Clean - The room was clean and comfortable but strange not to have any wastebaskets in the room.
- Ufuoma (10/5): - Nice environment
- Alain (8/5): - It’s a good place
- Myles (6/5): - I wouldn't come back, first i called after reservation placed, i was told early check in 3 but it's actually 1, would've changed my whole day if i could've cane early.
Second now trash barrel, only 2 towels, views of construction out the door.
3rd 1st time I've traveled and no continental breakfast offered. Not even coffee.
- Nobel (10/5): - My stay was lovely. Easy check in and my room was nice and clean. Very convenient off the highway. And many restaurants around to choose from. I recommend definitely.
- Millicent (4/5): - No security, property operating on bare minimum, website did not explain this. Facility seems scary and dark. I would not recommend anyone especially if you are travelling alone to sleep at this place. Management very unprofessional. Bed was comfortable
- Gamael (2/5): - The hotel has construction going on they will not tell you there are roaches everywhere the bathrooms are dirty walls are stained poor front desk service poor management overall bad
- Angela (10/5): - It was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
- Wenerson (6/5): - Custo benefício muito bom
- Verified traveler (2/5): A big fat NOPE! - Asked for sheets and a vacuum clean. Went out to take care of business. When returned in evening all my belongings were in a bin? Frozen foods, medications
Leaking bags with holes.. whats this about? Don't even go through it..I did it for you..hotel hell
God bless em 🙏
- Jacqueline (6/5): Poor planning on their part - Despite knowing there were to be 3 adults in a room tat is advertised to sleep three adults there were no linens or pillows for the pull out bed. There were no cups anywhere, we were not able to drink water.
However, the room was spotless and did not smell.
- Roodens (6/5): - Ils m’ont demandé de faire un dépôt et remboursable en sortant ils ne me l’ont pas remis donc je ne reviendrai plus
- Geraldy (8/5): - Quiet
- Jose (4/5): - Customer services were too poor. When we get to the from desk for checking out there is nobody. We waited form 15 minutes and put the card/keys over the counter with a note. It is an irresponsible action; the doors are open with no security for the customers.
- Liana (6/5): - Property is undergoing renovation
- Gilberto (2/5): - The water was brown, the carpet was all wet
- Thao (2/5): - They are saying 24/7 front desk but no one there..I stay 1 night and try to check out early but no one at the front desk plus the door is locked I can’t get out I try to call the phone but no one answer so I have to call the police come over and help me… after 1 hour waiting for help to get out and finally the guy come over without saying sorry.. and he said no one check out early at 6:00 am like you…. I mean W T F what kind is the customer service is this..I paid for it so I can check out early if I want too right?
- Flor (10/5): - Staff very attentive good customer service
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Room was very clean and looked just like the photo. They are doing renovations, so the property is partially closed. It would help if they put up some signage to indicate that they are in fact open.
- Rocio (2/5): - The place has no security I was unable to access with my key at 2 am outside no front desk nobody access the hotel phone I had to call 911 emergency so they will send a police to help me go in then my room key didn’t opened the door so I had to call emergency again, next day when I complained he told me a pay a low fee for the room I said it doesn’t matter how much you pay you need to feel secure. They don’t provide phone numbers or any contact. They only provided one key. I found a bug in my bed ! The telephone in the room doesn’t had keys to press just holds . The door didn’t lock properly and I was traveling alone. In the bathroom close to the sink the were not electricity available to use the hair dryer . The room was clean but everything around looks filthy. Bathroom was clean but the tub hold the water while you shower so be prepare to soak. ;(
- Yvrantz (6/5): Staff doesn't know how to check-in and long - To check-in to the hotel, took over 1 hour. The guy didn't know what he was doing and kept calling someone over the phone to help him. No one working there looked professional. Everything was close. No one picked up the phone. They charged us twice. No tissue, coffee in the room. I think they are under renovation and new management. The check-in process almost made us leave. Also the lobby was extremely dark.
- Elie Anne (2/5): It makes no sense how bad this place was - It made 0 sense to us how insane this stay was.
We booked 3-5 days before our stay and there was no review yet... and as I'm writing thus just read the comments and I 100% align with them.
The staff... I don't think they ever even said hi or thank you. Rude AF. It took 3 people to figure out the reservation system... and multiple times they "forgot" we paid. So always asking us to pay again...
So basically this place used to be a big chain hotel... than was a shelter for people transitioning and now it seems like these people picked it up and are "remodeling" but they are trying to get ride of the INSANE stink of the place and scam you for your money. The pictures are definitively from before the shelter era.
There wasn't even a garbage in the room... I have to say it wasn't the dirtiest room ever but really I would have paid more somewhere else had we known.
It felt like the zombie apocalypse. The elevators didn't work. None of the front desk people told us where to go, where to park... It made no sense at all. I've never experienced something like this. It felt like we were the only guests in the whole place.
Again... the room wasn't like insane... but it's not worth the savings in my opinion. There is another hotel a block away... Go there.
- Alain (6/5): - It’s was amazing space
- Hans (2/5): - The property was in complete disrepair. It was an immigrant hotel up until recently. Should not be open to the public until renovations are done. I can’t believe Expedia had this on their site.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Stay away unless you like nastiness. - The hotel is currently under construction and feels largely unoccupied. Unfortunately, the overall cleanliness is poor — the rooms and hallways have an unpleasant odor, and much of the furniture and the bathtub appear dirty and poorly maintained. I also noticed a few roaches during my stay. Additionally, the front desk staff were consistently unprofessional and often seemed to forget that we had already paid for our room each day. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.
- Kaisha (4/5): - There were little black bugs
