• Hugo (10/5): - Gostámos de tudo. Limpeza, comida, decoração, tudo bom. Não é não gostar, é só algo que poderia ser melhorado. A casa de banho é bem pequena sem nada a separar o duche do resto, pelo que fica tudo molhado.

• A.N. (5/5): Personeel heel aardig maar verblijf is zeker de beoordeling niet waard - De locatie was prima. Dat er geen raam zat in de kamer, wel een raam naar de binnen kant toe, de kamer was klein en de douch was heel klein, alles waren zeiknat.

• Antonio (8/5): - Posizione centrale, vicinissimo alla piazza Jamaa el fna, facile da trovare seguendo le indicazioni sia di Google maps che di map di Apple (l’indirizzo punta ad un ospedale ma è a 10 metri da questi e ci hanno dati subito indicazione giusta con grande gentilezza ), a 19 minuti a piedi dalla fermata dell’autobus per aeroporto. La struttura è carina e la stanza era ampia e pulita e il letto confortevole, anche il bagno era molto ampio. Colazione tipica marocchina davvero buona, e lo staff discreto ma sempre disponibile (potrebbe non essere presente il phon in camera ad esempio ma basta chiederlo in reception e ve lo forniranno subito). Zona molto tranquilla sia di giorno che di sera Niente da indicare, forse soltanto un piccolissimo miglioramento alla doccia, credo che la pendenza del pavimento sia minima e quindi un po il pavimento si riempie più del dovuto di acqua ma è un dettaglio e comunque al passaggio delle pulizie troverete di nuovo tutto in ordine e il pavimento perfettamente asciutto

Personal bol veľmi milý..Lokalita bola naozaj perfektná. Ubytovanie veľmi čisté.. Izba kde sme bývali bola otočená do ulice Mediny. Celú noc sme počuli zvuky z ulice a hukot nejaké asi práčovne, ktorá je v blízkosti.. Hluk počas noci dosť znepríjemnil pobyt...

Ci sono tuttavia delle cose che dovrebbero migliorare rispetto ad alcuni servizi offerti: l’orario della colazione dicono sia dalle 8 alle 10 ma a volte ci siamo ritrovati a dover aspettare anche mezz’ora; hanno un solo asciugacapelli per tutte le camere per cui vi consiglio ti portarlo da casa per evitare di dover attendere per fare la doccia!

La habitación la limpiaban todos los días, hubo un día que nos fuimos con prisa y a la vuelta nos habían recogido toda la ropa que dejamos por la habitación.

• JmHM (10/5): - L a situación, l a limpieza, el personal, el restaurante, ....... De diez. La insonorización, falla un poco. Es casi como estar en la calle durmiendo. Aclarando que mi habitación daba directamente a un taller, una tienda de todo y paso de coches , motos, carros, carretones, camiones, etc... Pero volvería sin dudarlo.
• Alice (10/5): Relaxing and modern! - It was modern, clean, well decorated and had all that you needed! It was a bit noisy however this is just life in the Medina area. Nothing earplugs couldn’t fix! The shower was a wet room style bathroom so a little tricky to keep the water in that corner of the room without using a towel to minimise afterwards. A floor squeegee would have been useful to minimise the water after a shower.

• ALLAIN (7/5): Un établissement qui peut mieux faire - Un établissement très bien placé et très agréable au niveau de la litterie. Le personnel est au petit soin. Les chambres sont un peu petites et le fait que le restaurant soit juste au dessous, il y a beaucoup de bruit. De plus, la terrasse est encore en travaux, donc bruit supplémentaire. Celle ci ne sera fini que dans quelques mois. Un bon tapis de bain ne serait pas du luxe pour éviter d'être les pieds dans l'eau après la douche... Le petit déjeuner est trop orienté occidental...
• Isabel (7/5): Bem localizado mas caro para a qualidade que tem. - A localização e a simpatia dos funcionários. O quarto era muito pequeno e apenas com um postigo para o Hall por onde andavam os hóspedes ou seja, não era possível ter aberto. Num dos dias nenhuma das tomadas funcionava no quarto exceto as do wc o que foi complicado com os equipamentos eletrónicos. A quantidade de gel de banho fornecida diariamente era mínima.
• Eagle Jonny (7/5): 还可以，但是冷 - 实事求是讲 1 员工很好。 2 早餐还可以。 3 不在老城内，相对安静，但是据说有的房间临街所以吵。我的房间非常安静。 4 新装修有格调，干净！ 1 冬天3°左右，空调是中央空调，非常不暖和！冷！！！听劝。真的冷！ 住了3天，第一天一点没暖风，崩溃 2 卫生间非常小，干湿不分离，洗完澡整个浴室都是湿的。地漏下水很慢。 3 屋里小，两个人的话带行李费劲 4 供应晚饭，但是很贵

• Michael (9/5): Wij komen terug naar hier ! - Het ontbijt is ronduit prima, geen enkele opmerking hierover ! De riad is supermooi, niet echt authentiek meer, moderne toets maar ook dat is helemaal ok. Personeel is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Er was een probleem met een waterlek in de badkamer maar men heeft daar alles aan gedaan om het verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken. Wij komen hier zeker terug ! Enig minpuntje : omdat het ontbijt aan tafel wordt geserveerd en geen buffet is, kan het wel even duren. Maar hey, je bent op vakantie toch ? Dus helemaal geen verdere opmerkingen.

• Dionisio (10/5): Perfecto Riad para visitar Marrakech - El buen trato del personal. Las habitaciones muy limpias y acogedoras. Muy buena ubicación en la Medina. No destacaré nada ya quedo hubo nada que no me gustara. Quizás destacaría la insonorización ee las habitaciones respecto a la calle

• Friedrich (10/5): - Das Hotel war tiptop sauber. Das Personal war überaus freundlich. Die Zimmer sind nicht so sehr groß aber chic eingerichtet. Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal, keine großen Entfernungen zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Das Frühstück war traditionell, der Cappuccino lecker und es gab frisch gepressten Orangensaft.
• Maria (6/5): Not sure I would want to recommend. - The breakfast was good. The staff was efficient. It's a small Riad with no windows or inviting space. Though it was comfortable, there was no particular ambiance about it. It was not what I expected for a Riad. No place to sit around and chat or relax except for the small space in the area where the rooms are situated. The washroom was horrible. Once you have a shower you cannot go back in there, you are standing in a puddle of water. One has to wait until the floor drains which leaves the entire small room wet. Both the toilet & shower is together with no barriers.

• Carlos (9/5): Nice property with awesome service inside Medina - Location is perfect inside Medina , and the service from the staff is just great. The property is on a street with vehicular access which is extremely convenient, so your taxi or transfer can drop you or pick you up right in front of the Riad . The rooms are Not sound proof, so you can hear everything, when people close doors or when the even walk in the halls. If you are a light sleeper, that could be a little annoying, otherwise not a big deal.

Le camere non rispettano gli standard di sicurezza, non hanno finestre né in bagno né in camera, sono dei veri loculi. Tutto: struttura pessima, personale maleducato e non professionale, camere non a norma senza finestre, rubano in camera e la colazione take away è vergognosa, ti danno roba marcia da mangiare.
• Hugo (9/5): - Tudo muito bom. Impressionou a limpeza. Pequeno almoço diferente e tradicional. Localizado muito perto do centro movimentado da cidade com lojas de conveniência mesmo ao lado. O único senão é não haver divisória entre o chuveiro e o resto da divisão da casa de banho. Faz com que a água se espelhe e molhe toda a casa de banho. É o único ponto menos bom.

• Matthew (10/5): Excellent! I will be back! - I've stayed in many Riads in Marrakech and this is up there with some of the best. Super clean, comfy and excellent service. We were leaving too early for the full (fantastic) breakfast on the last day, but they went to the effort to provide us with something to to take with us.
• Mélina (8/5): C’était un séjour extraordinaire - Mon compagnon et moi nous avons apprécié l’accueil chaleureux de tout le personnel, également pour l’organisation des excursion, ainsi que le petit déjeuner et la gentillesse de Hicham. La salle de bain trop petite, il y avais pas de séparation entre les toilettes et la douche. Il manquait le sèche cheveux.

• Marta (8/5): Conforto e simpatia no corações de Marraquexe - O Alkhayma é um exemplo de conforto, extrema limpeza e disponibilidade no centro da cidade. Os funcionários são , sem exceção, extremamente prestáveis e dedicados. O pequeno-almoço é muito bem servido. A água do duche podia ser mais quentinha.

O ar condicionado não era bom, estava extremamente quente em Marrasch, a maior vontate era chegar no quarto e estar fresquinho, porém não foi o que aconteceu. A equipe foi solicita nos trocando de quarto para solicionar o problema, mas ainda assim passamos muito calor, foi dificil dormir bem. Embora estivesse muito quente no período, estive em outros hoteis e não passei tanto calor. O banheiro poderia ter uma pia mais espaçosa para conseguir acomodar os itens de higiene. Outro problema do banheiro é que ao tomar banho a água se espalha por todo banheiro, inclusive o chão do quarto.

Everything about it was 10+ I took this unforgettable memory home with me & already made plans to visit again.This experience is still lingering in my heart. I’ve never met such AMAZING people. A special shout out to Mohammed and.Zizou. My two faves!!!. ( I’m from NYC so I talk fast and I’m always in a rush lol ) and they were so accommodating just couldn’t do enough for me. How do you make such good people your friends in a week? well I did!!! You have to check it out, I mean everything about it location, food, room. I can still smell the aroma of that soap in my shower! OMG!! Cannot wait to GO BACKKKK!!!! xoxoxoxo EVERYTHING!!!

• Marion (10/5): Lovely new Riad on the edge of the Medina - Best bed, pillows and linens we had on our month-long trip around Morocco; the air conditioning worked well, and the hotel was spotlessly clean. The breakfast was very good, but a little spoiled by the vehicle fumes wafting through the open door. The location was perfect: just a 5-minute walk to the main square in the Medina, but far enough away from all the craziness. The hotel manager went out of his way to help us when my husband had to go to the hospital. The first night, we stayed in a room on the street side and found it extremely noisy. The hotel manager moved us to another room for our second night and we slept well. Our friends stayed in another room and mentioned the crazy lack of shower water control. The whole room was awash each time someone had a shower. The lovely woodwork will rot quickly at that rate.
