- Catherine (6/5): - This property has a shared common space- I don’t think the booking made that clear. Your room is private with its own bathroom and it’s secure, but kitchen and living space and terrace are shared. We dealt with two property managers during our stay. Sean was incredible and answered every question and concern. He made our stay worth it. Jose was supposed to be our point of contact. He was unresponsive and the least helpful. He had issues at check in and requests for airport transport and issues when we arrived late and the electronic key wasn’t working (all keys are operated through your phone. No physical keys) Sean saved us by providing a manual code for us when our phone wasn’t working. Thank you Sean!! We did like the property- I would suggest a shower curtain in the King bedroom- the window into the shower provided zero privacy, so that was awkward. It was clean and quiet. Very walkable too.
